This diecast toy car really surprised me with its solid build and eye-catching design. The exterior detailing is impressive—it looks sharp on a shelf and definitely appeals to both car-loving kids and collectors alike. I especially appreciated how all four doors, the hood, and the trunk can open, adding a bit of realism. One thing to note: while the interior is nicely molded, it’s entirely black, which doesn’t match the level of exterior detail. Still, it doesn’t take away much from the overall appeal if you’re mainly after looks. It has some fun features too—pull it back, and it’ll zoom forward, which kids enjoy. The sound and light effects are neat additions, though they only activate when you push down on the front part of the car—not when you use the pull-back function. Also, the sound effects (like the horn, engine, and speed noises) aren’t accurate to the real vehicle, which might matter to some. That said, I’d personally recommend this more as a display item than a play toy. It shines on a shelf but doesn’t quite hit the mark when it comes to interactive play.

This Tesla diecast car is incredibly well made and so fun for kids! The lights and sounds work well and I’m surprised by how bright the lights actually are. The best part about this toy is that it comes with a charging station accessory! I haven’t seen that in other Tesla toys so that was a fun surprise.

The model is marketed as a child's toy, and I think it surpasses that goal in delivering a decent lookalike, with several useful features (lights, sounds, "pullback action") that supplement the basics (toors and trunk opening. It's a good value for a durable toy and a pretty decent match for a casual model collector or Tesla Y owner who wants a mini version on her/his desk.

I don't consider myself a collector, but I have may cars similar to this. Some of them are 1/24 scale. All feature doors that can be opened, lights, sounds, and pull-back action. The sounds include horn and engine sounds. With this Tesla, if you just pull it back and release, it goes without sounds of lights, but if you push in down slightly while pulling back, it runs with loud (un-Tesla-like) engine sounds, headlights and taillights. The wheels have treads but cannot be turned for steering. The interior is mostly black, but well-detailed. Unlike most other models this size, the side mirrors have no mirror surfaces. This toy car is a replica of the Tesla Model Y but not actually labelled Tesla. I interpret this to mean it's probably not authorized by Tesla. Though not as spectacular as other models in this range, it does have play value, or it can be left screwed to its base for just displaying. As a bonus, a replica charging station is included.

The details are high-quality and resembles the real thing. I especially like the lights and noises it makes, and the pullback feature is fun to play with.
