There is little to no instructions on how to set these up and once you do figure it out if you have an issue with them there is no one to contact to help resolve it. Can't get his bracelet to light up or receive any messages sent from one or my phone from the app all messages go to my bracelet if it's sent from me or him. Tried to message in chat customer service and it's a robot not even a real person that just keeps saying it doesnt understand and to ask your question another way. I have this and at first I loved it! I’ve had so many issues with mine not my partner! I’ve been trying to fix the issue with my bracelet for more than a month, the customer service button on the app is pointless. I’ve tried everything to reach out for help and still nothing. Garbage! I will be returning. They don't stay connected, and rarely work. It's easier to jus go on the app and hit buttons and it hits my spouses phone and that's how he responds. Not worth the money.

    • Can't get it on my wrist. This is a device for young people.
My wife got us these. Unless you have very dexterous, young hands, you will not be able to get it on your wrist. If you don't have young, fully working eyes, you will not be able to see the impossibly small text on the phone and you won't get the Bluetooth connected right and have to struggle. All in all this isn't a device for folks over 40, the construction of the device and the design of the app excludes us from being able to use is properly. I bought a chain for it and I will try wearing it around my neck. It's a disappointing, expensive, poorly made, and poorly tested device. ... show more
