After reading reviews and still taking a chance in these I am glad I did! Inam convinced yhe majority of folks do not read anymore. I know a lot of folks have issues with not getting the notifications. I am going to assume that is because they are not going in to the app on their phone and keeping their phone from putting it to sleep. I have now had these bracelets for a month. I waited till I had gotten good use out of them so I could give a knowledgeable review. They work, and pretty flawlessly. The instructions aren't great BUT if you can read and have knowledge of your phone you will be able to make due. Once it's connected you WILL need to also go on to your phone in the pp settings and keep the phone from putting it to sleep. In order for the app and bracelet to work at the push of a button, it has to run in the background. And your phone kills apps that run in the background to save battery. The booklet also touches base on this. The app could use some work. It is functional and I like the messaging ability and the love notes. I do wish you could customize the messages sent at the tap of the button though. TAP messages are preset and you can only send the missing you message by tapping the bracelet. You can send other messages like "I love you" and "I need you" from the app and they go to the bracelet. I wish I could choose the message, but it's not a deal breaker by any means. Also, whoever said they don't know the color combos and what they mean, that is in the app also. I'm convinced folks write reviews the minute they receive items and before they've actually used them. Anyway, Once you're correctly connected, everything will work. My husband and I are 10 hours away and we receive notifications on our phone and the bracelets instantly. Battery life is phenomenal and I typically only charge once a week. I also haven't noticed the app draining my battery on my phone at all. So that's a plus. We love them. Buy them, read the booklet, use common sense, turn the auto kill off in your app settings, play around in the app, and you'll love them too. ... show more

I got this for anniversary present for me and my wife celebrating 35 years of marriage. We both have iPhones and unfortunately they did not work. Very sad. Great idea but product does not work with an iPhone.

    • Cute but stopped wearing them after a couple days
They vibrate nonstop regardless if they’re touched or not. I wasn’t even wearing mine and my partners was vibrating constantly. Also they vibrate when you get calls which is extremely annoying. I tried turning it off multiple times but it kept vibrating. Especially since I get a lot of spam. We stopped wearing them after a week because we never knew if it was an actual “thinking about you” or the bracelet malfunctioning. Huge waste of money. ... show more

Got these for me and my boyfriend for our 1 year!! They have been used so much. They last a week before needing to be charged, and you can customize the buzzing and colors the bracelet flashes which is so cute!! In the app it even tracks how many buzzes you have and compares it to other users. The one downside is that in order for the app to work, you need to have it open in the background which can drain your battery pretty fast if you have an older phone :( but overall it was worth the purchase!! Great for busy or long distance couples who dont see eachother everyday!!! ... show more

My boyfriend and I loved the bracelets at first. We had a little trouble setting them up but eventually figured it out, and they don’t stay tight on your wrist constantly have to tighten. It was great to let each other know that we are thinking about each while he is on the road working. A month later one of the bracelets just stopped working out of nowhere. Contacted the company and they told me to send a email to the Amazon representative which I did and waiting for a response back. I will post once they respond back and what they did to fix the issue. UPDATE BRACELET WAS REPLACED WITH NO HASSLE AND WORKING GREAT. ... show more

I put off ordering this because of the reviews and I finally ordered and I’m SO glad I did. This is an amazing product. App is easy to navigate, very easy to pair. They are beautiful pieces of jewelry and great quality and fit well. Not have at all. The battery life has lasted over 4 days without having to charge. The only thing I’ve noticed is you need the app open for them to work but that’s no big deal.
