I purchsed this phone in September of 2020. I had been watching the price on this particular model decrease from the original price of $180 to $99. I had done all the research I could on this phone by reading reviews and watching videos on how this phone worked. I don't use my phone a lot, but I needed an upgrade. The extra battery life is great. I am going upto 9 days before I need to charge my phone. The screen is huge! I love the screen size. But the size of the phone is taking me a little bit of getting used to. I have large hands for a woman and I feel this phone is a little big for me. I also purchased an Otterbox case that increases the size and weight of the phone. But I know it will be safe from accidental drops. I have had no issues with the touch screen. But remembering how a Moto phone works vs. how my previous Samsung phone worked took a little time. This phone has 32gb of in phone storage. You have the option to add a SD card, that will only work for storing music, movies, pictures, but not apps. It is more than enough storage for me. I love this phone and am happy with this purchase.

Higher quality than I expected. Most other phones I have bought have been very light and felt cheap. This one has actual weight to it. It was very easy to switch service from the old phone to this one.

Love this phone best bang for your buck! Motorola has been a brand I used to swear by and baby they are back! I've even had one of these ran over by heavy equipment and yeah the screen was shot but it still powered up and connected to my Bluetooth headset and worked till I could get a replacement with backing up I didn't lose anything at all. Exspandable SD slot kept my valuable files safe and even after a brutal beating intact!

Motorolla is the absolute best buy for a phone without dropping a small fortune. They keep their phones up to high standard on their cameras, making them as high grade as a phone that cost $700+. I am an amateur photographer and always have just as much fun using the moto camera as i do my hand held with great quality results. And the battery life and charge time is impeccable. Fast charge, holds the charge, and has a large battery! Great buy! The phone also has cool customizations such as adding pictures to your keyboard background.

amazing phone for the price. battery life really is good for at least three days. end of first day it's usually down to 70 or 80%, 2nd day around 50%. I can't speak for gaming performance, but it performs well on other uses. I like that SD card can be formatted internal. minor weaknesses: speaker could be louder. Display at max brightness could be better when in bright sunlight. (on a more expensive phone I would have knocked the rating down one star for this)

I wanted something bigger than my previous Iphones. but I did not want to spend the money for a big Iphone. The Moto G7 Optimo Maxx has a good camera, good apps, and surfs the internet smoothly. Video quality is excellent. Phone speakers are decent. The one thing I wish it had is Wi-Fi calling.
