Inside the boot it looks like it wasn't finished being made. The heel of the boot is loose right at the back of the heel and would rub a blister on the back of your heel in less then a mile. I've thought of hot glueing some foam back there to see if that helps. Also there is zero support on the bottom. It's like working with a 2x4 strapped to your foot. The only good thing about them is the leather they use. They look like good boots but that's as far as it goes. They'd be great for a scarecrows foot but not much else. If your short on money just go to Walmart for boots. There way better than these p.o.s's. And that says a lot. I wish I didn't take the chance on them.     • Not slip resistant for me...

I tried using these in a restaurant, with small ceramic tiles. I felt like I was going to eat it wearing these at night, I don't know if it was a combination of soap and grease or liquid or what on the floor, but these did not feel like they had a very firm amount of traction or grip on a wet surface. I'm gonna blame the tiles and their smooth surface. The slightest movements I just felt like I would slip. I'm not really going to hold it against these boots, because I have had a pair of non-slip Sketchers I tried there, as well as some slip resistant boots of another brand and both I've had grip problems with. The water resistance I like, great for keeping dry from water splashing on the floor. I'd probably get these again but for a different location. These are true to size for me. I ordered a size too big 9.5, I should have been 9 like with my other boots and Sketcher's shoes. That resulted in me feeling like i had a lot of space in these when walking around and got uncomfortable toe rubbing. I have a pair of New Balance 1080 V9 shoes size 9.5 that fit as perfect, no space between the interior and my heel or toes, just a nice, tight fit but not constricting, a pair of New Balance 720v3 size 10 that fit a bit loose but I workout with at the gym. ... show more

Dont buy these they are junk. *Update* July 2021. I've dealt with allot of vendors on Amazon, some good, some not so... I Ordered these boots for work a few months ago for work. Ultimately I was not happy with my purchase for various and this purchase was way past the point of requesting a refund. Although I wasn't pleased with the product I have to admit I am very pleased with the level of customer service I was shown. They reached out to me, offered me a full refund and apology. Changed even lower to one star review. Is that serious wear down after a few months? Why yes it is. Is that rust I see from a metal pin built right under my heel for God knows what reason? WHY YES IT F***ING IS. The cushion of this booth died in 2 months. Wouldn't be a problem if Dr. Shols insoles didn't squeek at every step as if the boots were soaked. Irritating and painful at times. Developed very large ugly calluse hills going sideways on both toes. Way too much vertical height space in the inside of the boot. Tightened them the closest they'll go because the sizing is all wrong. Never had such issues before with other boots. Garbage tier boot. I tried to be nice about it but I hate it so much. I bought these the day I broke my toe so when I go back to work nothing like this will happen again. When I tried these on - oh my goodness I was overcome with joy. They are so strong and durable. I knocked on them and it’s so nice (I did in video as well) I walked around with them and they are comfortable. If you want more comfort when walking, maybe try a gel insert. But for me just now trying these, they’re perfect for my situation. I work at FedEx so stuff is always falling and landing on me and my feet, and I know with these, I will be protected and my feet will NOT be hurt again. They are true to size. I am a woman’s 10 and ordered a men’s 8. Definitely worth your money ... show more

I bought these in March, wore them near constantly for a few months, then barely wore them at all over the summer, and now am back to near constant use. Through all that time they've held up very well, the left lace broke the other day, but that's it, and I keep my laces super tight. My only complaints are that they very much aren't non-slip, and they have no support. I wore them to work at a fast food burger place and I was slipping all over, I got some non-slip work Crocs and haven't slipped since. You definitely should get insoles for these because, as others have said, they feel like you're wearing 2x4s. ... show more

I bought these for my son who eorks in all types of weather and indoor and outdoor inspections. So far he is very pleased. I had previously bought him Timberlands and the sole came unglued within the 1st month of wear. The 2nd pair got a hole in the inner sole within the 2nd month.
