The fabric of this feels like that synthetic ace bandage stuff, and it's about as strong as it. This is incredibly see through so I don't know what I would wear under it. It feels scratchy against my skin. It has a string knot in the back but it isn't enough to pull the chest up - it really sits too low on me and doesn't cover my bra. Otherwise not adjustable.
