I was super excited to order this syrup. I love anything pumpkin spice & since I have started eating keto, I can't get pumpkin spice lattes at Starbucks or Dunkin anymore due to the sugar. I read great reviews about this sugar free Torani flavor, so I ordered it...20 days ago! It took the seller 20 days to ship a Prime product that I was supposed to get in 2 days. When I contacted them I received a vague auto-reply that did not address my specific concerns. Paribus also contacted them on my behalf because they violated Amazon's prime shipping terms & they ignored attempts to try to resolve the ongoing almost month-long shipping issue. As far as the product itself goes, it smells AMAZING, but when added to coffee it oddly has little to no taste! You can smell the cinnamon & nutmeg in the bottle, but none of those flavors come through in the taste. I tried adding more syrup, but it did not help with the pumpkin pie flavor...it just made the artificial sweetener after taste more obvious. I'm super bummed because I was hoping this would be the answer to my pumpkin spice latte dilemma. I can only imagine the drama of trying to return this to this vendor. I may never receive a refund...

I tend to avoid sugar in general, and especially in my drinks. So I really love that torani has sugar free offerings like this. I have to admit, not all of their sugar free offerings are winners (the white chocolate, for example, was extraordinarily disappointing), but this pumpkin pie flavor isn't that far off from your typical pumpkin spice and I also really enjoy their sugar free vanilla and caramel flavors. Some people have said that the flavor of this one is a bit muted, and they're not entirely wrong. The flavor isn't all that strong, but it is good, especially once you get used to how much you want/need in your coffee. Whatever the case, this is definitely a great fall/winter flavor for people who want to stay away from too much sugar but still want some bomb pumpkin coffees 😁

the pumpkin pie flavor is amazing. i am on the ketogenic diet and this truly is a lifesaver for fall! i add it to cream cheese, vanilla protein shakes, and make low carb pudding with it.

The taste is a very fake and almost tangy.As if it has gone bad, I can't exactly explain the taste but its almost has an alcohol after taste. I LOVE pumpkin everything! I thought this would be great with my Keto diet. I was wrong:( I had such hi hopes for it. It also took forever to get it. My delivery date changed to almost 2 weeks. Sad :(

Tastes terrible, not sweet, no discernible pumpkin taste, fake or otherwise. Will not buy again. I was on the fence deciding which to get, pumpkin pie or pumpkin spice. It seemed the pumpkin pie had more favorable reviews. Will not buy again. I’ll stick with sugar free vanilla or caramel which actually taste good!!!

If you are looking for pumpkin spice flavor, don't get this item. If you are looking for a good pumpkin pie flavor, don't get this item. The flavoring is nasty in tea and coffee. I used this with Starbucks pumpkin spice creamer, which is the best, and even the creamer couldn't help this flavor. Torani is a good brand and I used to only buy this brand. I bought DaVinci sugar free french vanilla and this brand is better. Torani is going DOWN HILL

This met my expectations and then some! I add Torani Syrups to my protein powder, to change it up a bit. So I tried the Pumpkin Pie with a vanilla protein, and some cheesecake pudding powder, WOW! It was wonderful! I will do this mixture again, and again.
