I've searched every store in my town for a sugar free cinnamon syrup, but couldn't find it anywhere. After an Amazon search, I found this one and it is so good!! It shipped quick and comes in a very strong and protective bubble wrap, which is a great thing since it's a glass bottle. This is the 3rd order I've experienced and all 3 times, the bottle is in perfect condition upon arrival. :) It's delicious and does not cause any stomach side effects (like some sugar free products do).     • Item arrived broken, not able to return or REPLACE
This item was securely wrapped in bubble wrap. As I opened it I could smell the syrup, though the cap was still sealed. The bottle and bubble wrap are wet. I have searched Amazon regarding how to get a replacement to no avail. The return/replacement policy kept me going in circles for the better part of an hour. All I want is either a useable bottle of this syrup or my money back. There is fine print that this item is not returnable. I don't want to return it, I want it replaced. Four out of the 10 shipments came broken. Usually there were other items in the box as well that were ruined. Although this is my favorite flavor, I will never order this again.

    • I love this in my cinnamon apple tea.
This is my favorite I put it in my cinnamon tea and makes the tea such a treat with out the calories. I am bummed out that Amazon has been out of the sugar free o this I had to get a different brand but it is not as good as the Totani cinnamon sugar free.

If you like cinnamon I think you’ll like this flavored syrup. It’s such a nice treat, especially after dinner. I will definitely keep this as a staple in our house.
