Ordered these sheers for my living room windows which are very close to the sidewalk. I think it provides just enough transparency to filter light through but opaque enough so you can't see anything inside (during the day at least). I didn't realize it would have black stitching along the edges which was kind of a bummer since I was going for all white, but I'm living with it.
