This was a Christmas gift for a 5 year old. He is happy with it, uses it with the Tonka Dumptruck he got last year. Not the all-metal, indestructible Tonka toys of past decades, but still seems decently and a reasonable price. My only complaint, and I had this with most of my other Amazon orders this year, is the lack of careful packing. You can't just throw something in a big box, toss in 2 puffs of bagged air, and slam it on the conveyor belt. Thankfully it wasn't damaged and the ding on the box was covered ... show more

He's not a TV kid, but I do show him online videos from time-to-time and he runs to grab his 'dozer to put on the desk when we scope out a construction video. At 2 years-old his eyes lit up, the smile was great and he spent the rest of the day playing with it. Packaged in heavy cardboard, with an open window I gave it in s gift bag. My son used a sharp knife to cut the bulldozer out of the packaging while grandson watched carefully, clapping his hands in delight.
