The media could not be loaded. This is a great set of illuminarias. We ordered them to honor those who have gone before us for our Angel Ceremony at our class reunion. The little boxes are 5" square with gold banding. There is a little square that fits inside of them. This helps them stay afloat. They come with a wax candle that is easy to light however once we put them in the water we found the candle slide to the side and some caught on fire. I suggest dripping a little was in the bottom of the box to secure the candle in place. it was a good value for the money. So these are cool. We had a wedding at our farm/homestead where we recently cleared out an old silo foundation, and filled with clean water. That night we floated these lanterns out there and it was kind of fun, lit the way out to the bonfire.

Bought these for my son memorial service ahead time and got all the way down to the Florida keys just to realize these dont work and we can't return them or get a refund. It's very disappointing.

I used these for table to decoration for Thai wedding. Cannot comment on float function. Way too many blue. Did not use them as they were dark, heavy, the light did not come through and not a natural color. When I had to buy more because I discarded the blue, there was a sudden price increase. But still a good value compared to fresh flowers. I also changed out candle as the included one is colored, small and has an unattractive metal liner. These candles were a great buy and look better.
