The shoes I received were not up to par compared to Toms I’ve bought in the past. There were messy threads and the heels were super stiff. They were true to size but very uncomfortable. The difference in quality and comfort was more than can be attributed to ‘worn in’ shoes compared to new ones. I don't know if they were knock-offs or not but had to return them. Note: I’ve never questioned the authenticity of any shoes (and I’ve bought a lot!) purchased on Amazon and SOLD by Amazon, Zappos, etc. I purchased these on Amazon, the purchase was fulfilled by Amazon, and even though it was Amazon Prime, the SELLER wasn’t Amazon. In the future I'll use caution when buying something (especially shoes!) that says “Sold by ‘Seller Name’ and Fulfilled by Amazon”. FYI this info is usually shown near the Add to Cart button.

So I should have listened to everyone else's reviews but I guess for some reason I thought I would get lucky. Well I was definitely wrong. I received fake Toms. The label and the slogan inside the shoe wasn't even the same. It was honestly upsetting and the soles were not sewn in, they were actually falling out when I received them. If I wanted knock off shoes I could've easily bought them but I love the Toms brand and really thought I was getting a good deal. They came large as well but I threw them in the wash and am just going to wear them since I already spent all that money. However, I would recommend if you really want a pair of Toms shoes, go directly to a store or buy them directly from Toms to avoid anything like this happening.

I seriously love TOMS. I got this exact pair (color and size) several years ago from the TOMS website and wore them out so much, I thought it was finally time for a new pair (see picture). Unfortunately, at this point in my life, $50 plus shipping for a pair of shoes is just not in the budget, no matter how much I love them and how much use I will get out of them. I really do like the TOMS company, and would love to support them, but cannot afford it. Here I go to Amazon to find one for PRIME and only $35!! Seriously the most comfortable pair of shoes I own; I wear them all summer long. As you can see from the photo, I get A LOT of use out of them, and they've held up wonderfully through the abuse I've put them through (several vacations, water rides, college campus walking, a puppy chewing them, working outside in the garden, and many many many steps). Will definitely recommend TOMS to anyone!!

I have had many pairs of Tom’s over the years. These are the first pair that fell apart in the first few months (purchased in August, had holes in them by October). I reached out to Tom’s and since I bought them on Amazon, they will not replace them. I was very disappointed in the quality of this pair.

These shoes are amazing. I was worried they would make my feet look too big, Size 9, but they don't. They are very attractive and they match with everything! I got the Morning Dove Heritage Canvas, a lighter grey color. Oh, and they are cushiony and really comfortable. I got compliments on them right away! I ordered in a size 9, which is my typical size and they fit just right.

I am an ex Ferragamo addict. My husband used to say our net worth was in my shoe closet. Now it's Tom's shoes. Not only are they extremely comfortable for everyday wear, they've become my walking shoes for my 2 mile daily walk. The only problem is that they are not made for heavy use. For the price I can afford to toss them after the soles wear out. Still, they are very durable plus I can throw them in the laundry without problem! The Best!!!

I have searched my entire life for a pair of slip on shoes that are comfortable and work for me. These shoes are amazing! I always have an issue with my feet sweating in flat shoes but with these my feet don't sweat hardly at all! Ever! They are a tiny bit tight when you first put them on but they work in after a day or so. These shoes are true to size also! I will be buying another pair soon!
