I’m upset that this doesn’t come with a box. There is no colored picture to look at for reference. Very disappointed. My grandson was also disappointed for Christmas. It hard to put together and he’s a big lego fan. Also the product is really small

When removing parts from packaging one of the gears broke. I contacted the company and they do not offer replacement parts. Without the gear none of the configurations will work. This gift is worthless. They offered to send me $5.

I gave this as a gift to a 2nd grader who loves building legos and robots and RC things. Not only was it incredibly difficult to build but one of the included pieces was warped and not usable in building the robot and they could never get it built or get it to function correctly. This is definitely not as easy as a lego set, I won’t count that against this company, but I wish all the pieces worked correctly and it was easier to build.
