My 8 yo is very tall (length would be around size 10) but her waist is tiny (size 5). I have been searching high and low for skirts that fit in length for her and we have found them. Now, they are not to her knees due to her height but they are mid thigh which I’m excited about. They are also very well made. I put them in the dryer and no shrinkage. I’m buying every size that I can for the many years to come.

My girls are tall beanpoles and these skirts hit at their knees, and for my 1st grader, just below the knees. Perfect for meeting school dress code. I hang dry all their uniforms so I can’t say whether or not they shrink in the dryer, but I haven’t had any issues with that. I did notice some wear on the khaki skirt before the navy colored ones, I think it was just more noticeable to be honest, as it was on the backside (my kids sit in the ground or on the garden bricks in their school courtyard). My girls wear their skirts weekly so they see a lot of use and have held up very well. A tad on the expensive side but considering they are long, have durable zippers, and quality material, I’d say that these are worth the splurge.

This skort fit my daughter and met the school length requirements to touch the knees. My 10 year old is tall, so it's been hard finding longer uniform skirts. They wash well, but do wrinkle; must hang right away. Material is soft and flexible, not stiff. Will buy again.

I don’t have any photos and I didn’t return the item because my daughter will eventually reach that size. So here is my honest review. My daughter is a slim 12. I ordered the skirt based on the size chart and it was a bit big on her, however, the lengh Was as the school requires hence why I kept it for later. It has under shorts which is a plus. Over all good quality yet I would consider sizing down if on the slim side as it does have adjustable straps on the sides but for a slim girl it seemed way too big on her even when adjusted. Otherwise I loved the skirt. Ordered it yet I believe the pricing could be better. All in all good skirt for school just size down if slim

Looks nice, fit well with simple waist adjustments, good drape on the fabric, but zippers on two skirts broke before half the school year was done. Expensive skirts should have expensive zippers. Other brands a third of the price have held up better. I will not buy these again.
