I just received my Tommie Copper shirt and used it this morning, took it off for about two hours and wore it again. I got a large and its snug and supportive but not uncomfortable. People complaining about the sizing might be XLs trying to fit into Ls. If your certain about your size get it, if you're in between go higher.
