I like this brand nipple and these are nice too. Very soft, squishy and pleasant feeling to the hand (and according to my goat, also pleasant in her mouth, lol). I have not used yet as bought these as back up for my bottles in case one gets tore up, but they are nice and I don't foresee any troubles with them. :) EDIT- the thicker flow doesn't work unfortunately. They are much, much too fast. These must be for cereal type feeds, as there is a LARGE hole in the end. Do not make a mistake like me and purchase these thinking they will be ok for milk- they won't. They will drown your baby human OR goat. Going to have to get Medium and hope it works. Slow is just too slow for her and it's frustrating her to no end but these ones are drowning her. This is the only nipple my breastfed baby will take. It is easy to use, easy to clean, fits the tommee tippee bottles perfectly and doesnt leak. It has a nice design and is durable for longtime use.

The nipples are great and my baby liked them right away. The only issue is the box came a bit open and crushed. Everything looked fine, but I washed and boiled them just to be safe.
