I never knew anything about these shoes or the need for them until I injured my Achilles‘ tendons reducing my workouts exclusively to spin and ab workouts. Initially, I wrote my regular training shoes however my foot wound slightly slip. When I learned of the required shoe, it drastically changed my form and performance. I felt more stable and my feet stopped getting numb. There’s room in the toe box area. I normally wear a 10 in men’s however because of the reviews, I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Also, I had the shoes to come with the SPD already installed. I love them so much and it actually made my Spin experience so much better. Lord knows the pain from the seat + improper shoes can make for a negative Spin experience. I’m glad I didn’t give up on it. I love these shoes especially since these cycling shoes come assembled with the SPD cleats. Definitely a great indoor spinning shoe for spin class or riding a spin bike on your own. Not that hard to get the SPD connected to pedal. Easy to get off of the pedal. Not for walking around too much. Enough to get off the bike and walk to the bathroom. I love the lever system to adjust the shoe. These are very good, decent indoor spin shoes. I high recommend them. I have been using for several weeks and no problems yet. I will update the review once I have had the shoes for several months. I am a 10.5 shoe, so that is 44 in European. Give them a try. If you do not like them return. ... show more

Size: 10.5 Color: Black- Straps (Spd)
This seems like a real high quality shoe, construction seems solid, they are light weight, etc. Straps are real solid and tongue is comfortable, bottom is stiff and responsive. I have only a couple of minor comments which caused me to rate 4 instead of 5, but if this is not important to the buyer, then you can consider this a 5 rating. 1) True to fit - I use size 44 shoes and these 10.5s (for which the size chart indicates 44) are considerably larger than my other 4 pairs of size 44. Some sources say 10.5 = 44, others say 10.5 = 45. Some even say size 11 = 44. The inconsistency is significant and annoying. These 10.5s are about what a 10.5 sneaker would be, however, I take 10.5 in a running shoe and 10.0 in a bike shoe which apparently is size 43 for this brand. I have a pair of 43.5 bike shoes that are a size 9 equivalent I don't want to blame this one company who makes a great shoe and will use these in the winter with thick socks - but can someone get the conversion correct? I have had no issues when buying shoes based on the Euro sizes which seem very consistent compared to US sizes. 2) I purchased these with SPD cleats. I should have checked them because they were not torqued nearly enough and the cleat rotated while I was out on my first ride. I would say this is mostly my fault - I should not have assumed the cleats would be installed tight enough and should have checked them. ... show more

I have the Peloton and bought their shoes. They were so tight, I couldn't even buckle them. The reviews for these said they're good for wider feet, so I bought them. True as the reviews said, they fit fine ! No problems ! So if you have wider feet, try these ! And even if you don't, try them anyway - great shoe ! ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY THESE FOR THE MYXFITNESS BIKE
Size: 13 Color: Black - Knit Laces Spd
First the shoes fit well and seem to be sturdy. My 1 star is due to the fact that the SPD clip for is extremely frustrating to clip into the MYXfitness bike. Its my first time using SPD clips but I imagine the problem is that the SPD clips on the shoe are too recessed into the sole of the shoe to make clipping into the hooks on the pedal intuitive. I have to actually clip the shoes in with my hands and maneuver my feet into the already clipped shoes. Either they must make the SPD clip jut out more or MYXFitness has to make the guiding hook on pedal bigger. Until then, this shoe is useless for the MyxFitness bike and i regret buying these. ... show more

I bought these to take with me traveling as I knew there’d be a different type of clip on the bike away than I use at home. The shoes look nice but they’re definitely cheap and somewhat uncomfortable. I’d say they’re true to size but the discomfort makes them not great. If you bike a lot, it’s worth buying better shoes and paying 2x more. If you just need a cheap fix, these are fine…but don’t expect to be pleasantly surprised. They are mediocre. ... show more
