What a phenomenal shoe! I restored a mid-80's road bike recently that had original LOOK carbon clipless pedals. Not wanting to break the bank buying major brand-name shoes for an old bike, I found these, saw that the clips would work with my vintage pedals, and figured "why not?". Yesterday I went on my inaugural ride and was blown away with how well these shoes worked! They were stable on the pedal, and I was easily able to clip in/out when I needed to. They're not the easiest shoes to walk in, so I made sure that it was for just a few steps here and there since they're relatively slippery on pavement. Being black with small red highlights complements my black bike with red highlights as well. Overall I'm super impressed with these shoes

The media could not be loaded. So, I received these shoes after returning the Nike Super Reps for being too narrow even in the men’s sizing. I ordered these and upon taking the right shoe out of the box and putting it in my foot, was SO impressed by the quality as well as the fit. It was wide enough for my foot while still being supportive and snug as a cycling shoe should be. Then, I took the left shoe out and immediately noticed a loose metal jangling. I thought it was the delta cleat, however after tightening, loosening, completely removing and then tightening again I’ve realized there is something in the hard heel of the shoe that is causing the noise, and unfortunately there is no way to get inside of the shoe to fix it. It doesn’t affect the fit of the shoe at all, however any motion with my foot in the shoe is going to cause it to loudly jingle which I imagine will be extremely loud and noticeable once I’m on my bike. I can’t find anything online about what this could possibly be. I will revise my review if I find a solution as I really do love the fit and comfort of the shoe. Just not sure I can get past sounding like one of Michael Flatley’s back up riverdancers.

I bought these Tommaso Strada Ready to Ride shoes for my husband, along with a pair for myself, to use on our Peloton bike. I wasn't interested in paying hundreds for the Peloton-branded shoes after spending so much on the bike itself, so these were a reasonable alternative. These shoes are great. We wear them daily and they are incredibly comfortable, sturdy, and attach well to the pedals of the bike with no issues. Friends of ours who have the traditional Peloton-branded shoes are even wowed by the quality of these. Since purchasing these shoes a few months ago, I have recommended them to nearly everybody I know who either has or is interested in purchasing an indoor bike that requires this type of shoe.

I never knew anything about these shoes or the need for them until I injured my Achilles‘ tendons reducing my workouts exclusively to spin and ab workouts. Initially, I wrote my regular training shoes however my foot wound slightly slip. When I learned of the required shoe, it drastically changed my form and performance. I felt more stable and my feet stopped getting numb. There’s room in the toe box area. I normally wear a 10 in men’s however because of the reviews, I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Also, I had the shoes to come with the SPD already installed. I love them so much and it actually made my Spin experience so much better. Lord knows the pain from the seat + improper shoes can make for a negative Spin experience. I’m glad I didn’t give up on it. I Spin with my orthopedic boot on one foot and my bike shoes on the other and it’s made a WORLD of difference and comfort. Make the purchase, it’s NECESSARY!!!!

There is a constant rattling as many have stated. It is not worth it. If you are going to spend $80 on these shoes, just don't and buy the peloton shoes. Just bought the peloton ones and it is a whole new experience, feels so much better, not noisy. It started to make the noise thought it was something with my bike, tightened every thing and was still there. Tried to see if my wife could recreate the noise, nope. It came to conclusion it was these shoes making the noise (loose nut inside and not clicking in right). Bought new peloton shoes to see if it was the shoes or the bike. When I picked up the shoes to check the mount clips I noticed a rattling sound. So now I bought quality shoes (peloton) and have this pair which was a waste of $80 (never going to use again). Just don't be in the same situation as me, avoid this pair and just go for the peloton brand shoes.
