I’d imagine someone who has a very minimalist style would enjoy these shoes. It’s straightforward to use and has a solid bottom that makes cycling class more enjoyable. The straps keep your feet feeling secure and make it easy to get in and out of the shoe. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to these types of shoes so I’d suggest trying group cycling classes before making the investment. If you plan to use them a lot, it’s worth the price. I struggled with my Peloton shoes for years. They were just too narrow in the toe box. I should have purchased these shoes years ago. They are easy to adjust, the Velcro straps hold, and I can finally wiggle my toes. I would buy these again in a heartbeat and can’t believe I didn’t purchase them sooner. I always struggle to find shoes because my feet are wide and voluminous (from bottom to top) but short in length. I read that the standard Peloton shoes run narrow, so I tried these based on other reviews saying they were good for wide feet. They definitely aren’t SUPER wide, but it’s enough that it’s comfortable, especially with the adjustable straps. Seemed fine but not for me. I couldn't get the velcro to close and I have slightly above average chubby feet. Maybe my foot is more of a wide size even though I don't typically buy wide shoes.
