Fun little rc truck that is perfect for kids. This truck requires no setup at all - just plug in the batteries and go! It is 1/20 scale so it's pretty small- about the size of an adult's hand. It has enough speed to be a fun toy but isn't fast enough to hurt any children it collides with or to do any damage to property. That's why I believe it's a perfect rc truck for children to play with. Plus, with the large off-road tires, you can easily drive over obstacles. In addition to the truck itself, the package includes batteries for the controller, a battery charging cable, and 2 batteries for the truck so you're able to continue driving the truck while the other battery is charging. That's important because noone wants to stop playing with their rc in order to wait for a charged battery. The battery is connected inside a compartment on the underside of the truck so, unlike most rc trucks, you can change out the battery without the inconvenience of removing the truck's body before and after replacing the battery. With this truck, it onky takes a few seconds to swap out batteries. All in all, I think it's a great rc truck for kids and a bargain at the listing price. ... show more

This race car is the perfect gift. I love that it comes with everything you need, including a screwdriver & batteries. 2 of the batteries (1 primary & one replacement) are rechargeable & have a usb cord for charging, but not the block. But that’s really all you need, which shouldn’t be hard to come by. The race car only takes one of those AA rechargeable batteries. It also comes with 2 non-rechargeable AAs for the remote. Comes with instructions, but they’re not super necessary since the options are pretty straight forward. It’s always nice when you don’t need to sit down with instructions for 30 mins before using a new toy. My kids (12yr old boy & 8yr old daughter) both really love it & caught on quickly. This was ready to go right out of the box - no wait time needed to charge necessary! That was an extra nice surprise. That helps a lot when you have anxious kids who want to play with their new toy right away! The remote is not too difficult to figure out and get use to for kids - or adults (the harder of us to figure these things out.) I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the car! It can move! It arrived with all batteries needed, charged and ready to play! Wthin a few minutes of slicing through Amazon's tape, it was doing donuts and speeding down my long halls. Let's go! This car has nice soft gripping tires and shocks and is super quick for it's size. It comes with a backup battery, so twice the play time and the battery is easy to charge, being USB rechargeable. This RC car is a lot of fun. It's pretty easy to control... although you do need to get used to the controls at first, but its easy to catch on. It uses a wheel to turn, so it's easier than one with other controllers. The body of the car itself feels flimsy and looks as though you could take it off and replace pretty easily. This little guys is so fun! It was purchased for Christmas for my daughter who loves RC cars. I had to break into it early to make sure it worked. It is very responsive and fast. Good for kids. It definitely distracted me from doing my work! lol. Batteries come with as does a handy screwdriver so that you can remove the battery covers. This remote controlled truck is a great product! With the holidays coming up it would make a great Christmas gift. It is easy to use and runs very well. The tires are big enough that if it hits something, it doesn't bump the body of the truck, just the tires. It's also very stable because of the size of the tires. I love that it has two rechargeable battery packs for the truck so you can easily switch when one runs out. The remote has two AA batteries and those are so easy to replace.
