Easily adjustable. Been wearing the three-stacked one on my middle toe. Bendable material means I don't even feel it while wearing, even in closed toe shoes, which is great. BUT... Been wearing it day and night, while showering, exercising, etc for about a week now and unfortunately it does tarnish - see pic (apologies about my ugly toe nails).
