First cable didn't work, returned it. Second one worked. Process was easy, but it's just a guitar cable, it should work the first time.... Plugged first one in, no sound. Tested it with other devices, no sound. Unscrewed shield and checked connections, and they appeared to be good. Not sure why it didn't work. Returned through Amazon's return process. Very easy. UPS even picked it up from my porch. Replacement was sent a week later and it works. Cool looking cable.

I took a chance purchasing this brand I was unfamiliar with and now I'm glad I did because the cable is really nice! Well made, clean solder points (see picture), added connector security via the spring wrap at each end, love the 90° connector on one end, and the cable cloth-like wrap is gorgeous looking in person. A perfect complement to my Fender Jazz Bass. The cable is also decently shielded and low noise. I only get minor pickup hum at high gain which is to be expected. This cable absolutely stands up well against similar style mid-range cables costing 2-3x as much from a music retailer that are always extremely marked-up. (I know this as I worked in a (THE) large chain music retailer GC and the bulk of profit comes from insane markups on accessories like cables.) Very happy with the purchase and will surely buy again. Feels like it will last- has just the right amount of flex and sturdiness. -I'll be back with an update in a month or so after heavy use to report on how it held up. So far, highly recommend! UPDATE: It has been several months now and the cable has been fantastic. I've yanked on it by accident, stepped on it, stuffed it improperly wrapped in a pocket, and plugged/unplugged at least 200 times. Still works, low noise & durable.

The media could not be loaded. For about ten bucks, you can get a good guitar cable. It's braided, it's got metal ends, one end is right angle, and it's got heat shrink on the ends to protect the soldering points. This is a great little cable for a great price

For a good cable you want solid connectors, low noise, low resistance or signal loss, and durability to abuse from bending or getting smashed by equipment. Are there cables that may use premium conductors or thicker coatings? Yes but they're performance is marginal and cost exponential. I got the 10ft cable and the connectors are robust, the signal is great, and I love the durable cover on the outside. While it's traditionally the instrument side, I like to have the 90 degree connector on my amplifier so the cable angles to the ground. One thing to note is that the metal covers might unscrew slightly which is great to check the solder connections but annoying in use. This can easily be solved with a drop or two of loctite or superglue. Good color selection too but would be nice to see a blue or the red but with the metal connector covers. Honestly just like the black too as it's more of a gun-metal silver color.

I didn't expect to be blown away by the cable (spoilers, I wasn't), but it is of surprisingly better quality than I expected. I just bought it as a patch cable to run to a distortion pedal, so figured a bit of extra distortion wouldn't kill the deal. First, the good: - Inexpensive - Braided cable exterior - Spring reinforcement on the ends - Decent sound quality As for the bad, it is mostly just nit-picking, but here it is: - Jack ends seem to be mediocre cast aluminum that has been colored gold (didn't expect gold plating, nor was it mentioned in the description) - Fit and finish is a bit "meh" - Cable does introduce a bit of "buzz" Overall, I am satisfied with it, and would buy it again to fill the same role. That being said, if I were looking for a "clean" sound, this wouldn't be my go-to, but I wouldn't expect to get to pay this little for a high quality cable.
