Tipsy Elves has really gone downhill. This runs SMALL, fit is weird. Thin material, almost see through and very cheaply made. Between my kids & I, we have around 25 Tipsy Elves onsies and this one is JUNK!!! I have the other color of this I bought few years ago, (they're supposed to be exactly the same except color) this item weighs 1/2 of what the other one does.... literally HALF, that's how cheap this material is. The old version also had extra zippers in arm pit (to help keep you cool because the material was nice and thick). This one doesn't. Old version had heavier seems. This version also has less seems, so since the pattern was changed the fit is now different. They've majorly cut back on quality. Even the white fur trim on this one is garbage (see pictures). SIZE UP 2 SIZES and don't even think about washing or drying in a machine. All my Tipsy Elves items (costumes, onesies & clothes) are a size SMALL, but I had to get this in a Medium (for halloween) because it was all that was left...... IT WAS WAAAAYYY TOO SMALL. I couldn't even zip it up, it was more like an Extra Extra Small. I exchanged it for another & same problem. I ended up buying a large & it was still snug. Returning for an extra large. I feel like they changed the way this item is cut, it doesn't fit the way all the others do. Fits snug, hugs curves more like their womens Body Suits, just without the stretch. I am 5’6” , 125lb, and I got an XSmall unicorn costume because of the reviews that it runs large. It fits perfectly. Maybe a small would be good too if you’d like to wear it looser. The material is like a light, non-fleece lined sweater, and very good quality.

Very cute. A bit too thick and felt hot on. The frustration is with the sizing. I ordered a medium and a large. The medium was extremely tight and the large was very loose. According to their recommendations, I should have needed a small for a form fitting look or a medium for a loose look. I ended up giving the medium to my daughter who is a teen that doesn't even weigh 100 pounds and still wears kids' clothes. In reality she should have needed an extra small, not a medium. So if you are buying this one, don't size down, size up. Seller needs to update their sizing recommendations as they are clearly incorrect. ... show more

Very cute and comfortable costume that is very good quality. I am 5' 6" and I wear a womens size 10 - 12. I ordered a Large but it was too big (especially in the length of the body) so I had to return it. When I went to order a size Medium the price had gone up. I contacted the company and they were excellent, working with me to get the size Medium at the original price I paid for the large. The Medium fits great and I look forward to being a unicorn for my ladies club Halloween golf tournament! I will definitely order from this company again. ... show more

I ordered a medium based on the reviews (5'8" 165). the arm and leg length were great and I could zip it but it was too small for the booty and chest and gave me wicked camel toe. Amazon was fantastic and replaced the item without issue and sent a large instead. I feel like it's the same onesie. I'd like to note that I am a proportionate human with a very average leg to torso ratio, maybe it is the butt and D cup that pushed the top half of this onesie to its limits but either way neither size fit like any of the reviewers had mentioned. NOTES: The torso needs an extra couple of inches added in length to be wearable unless you are cool with camel toe and red marks in your shoulders. If you have a large booty/breast thing going the outfit will have no middle give, giving the once hourglass a tight cylindrical appearance. That didn't look so good on me and I'll be trying out the other ones amazon has to offer that look like you could stowaway a watermelon in the crotch. This saddens me as I loved the design otherwise. Pretty sure the "sexy" part of this is that you can unzip the crotch area, which is hilarious. It also seems like they fixed the issue with the zipper dangling with a little koozie of fabric for it. ... show more

I looked at several options for unicorn onesies, and others looked like they were all the same fleece fabric with button closures. This was 2x the cost, but looked more unique and well built. Sure enough, it's a great product with thoughtful details (the clouds, the rainbow cuffs, the head-to-butt tail...)! The main zipper is a little odd in that it has two pulls, and one hangs right at your crotch all the time. I don't know why you'd ever open this up from the bottom, so it doesn't make sense for it to be there, but that's the only detail I would change. It is a little baggy (I bought a small and I'm 5'4" 135#), but fits well when sitting, which makes it cozy. I biked in to work while wearing it on Halloween, and it was incredibly warm and comfortable. So happy to have this piece in my wardrobe! ... show more

I love this onesie the only complaint I have is that it is a little snug. I usually wear an XXL in my tops and a size 18 in the bottom I ordered this in an XXL and it was real snug around the hips. now that could just be me cuz I do have very wide hips but if you do want a unicorn onesie and you are wide in the hips I will suggest looking for a different onesie. The design is super cute and love that it's a black galaxy print. The horn is a little wonky it's for some reason rounded. Also do not put this in any type of heat the hair will shrivel up and become a hot mess. other than that it's super comfy it is a zipper closure and it has four pockets which is awesome. ... show more
