My son plays in a symphony orchestra and the men wear tuxes or suits and bow ties. My son is 17 so he has no other occasion to need a bow tie and this pre-tied one works perfectly. I usually need to help him with the hook and loop closure since he can't see it, but I'm sure if he took 2 minutes he could figure out how to easily do it himself. I ordered the black bow tie and it looked like it had a more matte finish in the photos, but it is satin so it's my fault for not realizing it would be a little 'shiny.' Because of the 'shine,' it doesn't perfectly match his suit coat but it's impossible to tell when he's on stage. It would be more obvious (though not problematic) if he were to wear this suit and tie combination for something like the prom.

My son needed a black bow tie for a highschool performance. When he was younger, we purchased the clip-on types. They inevitably ended up crooked or coming loose and falling off. Next we tried the tie-it-yourself type. My son has been wearing long ties for years as part of his school uniform. He is confident an adept at tying his own. Many men (doctors, executives etc.) have commented to him that they cannot get their own ties right the first time. My son’s bow tie tying skills? “Nope.” So we decided on this pre-tied adjustable bow tie from TINYHI. We received it as expected and were pleased with the look and feel. HOW TO: My son put his collar up, bow in front, and loosely wrapped the tail around his neck and back to the front. After clipping the tail in place (the clip mechanism is similar to those which secure overalls) he adjusted the fit. Once fit was complete he folded his collar back down. He looked very well put-together, ready for any formal occasion. The size was the same as a men’s bow tie and it remained tied and in place all night.

I purchased this bowtie for my 17 years old son to wear to his JROTC banquet. The bowtie is of great quality and will work perfect. Although I ordered the adult size, I feel this may be too small for a whole grown man. However, this black bowtie is great for my teenager and for what we needed it for.

The bow tie -- which I needed for a formal Zoom event -- is actually the appropriate size for an adult, notwithstanding its name being TINY. Once I got it clasped, it looked fine, and at around $7, it was well-priced. The last time I was asked to wear a black bow-tie had been at least 30 years ago, and I don't expect another such event any time soon, so it was a good investment for a one-off event.

I bought this for my son; he needed to wear a red bow tie for a program at school. I wanted something easy to put on, so I decided to get this pre-tied bow tie. The color is very pretty; it’s a bright red bow tie – very noticeable. The tie is adjustable and it’s really simple and easy to wear. The material is a smooth satin fabric and I really like the look. My son wore this with all black and the combination was eye catching. I’m really happy with my purchase and if I had to buy another bow tie in a different color, I’d get one of these again.

I bought these bow ties for my husband and his groomsmen for our wedding. We ended up renting tuxes, and the bowtie that was supposed to come with the tux was floppy, large, and just looked terrible, so I ended up buying bowties for everyone. I was so impressed with these, they looked great, felt nice, and stayed put perfectly. They certainly looked like an expensive bowtie. I am so happy I bought these instead of $20-50 bowties.

Our attire for the choir’s Christmas presentation is formal black with a touch of Christmas color. I found a nice red bow tie locally, but nearly choked on the $35 price. Too much for a retirees budget for a onetime concert! I checked Amazon and found Tinyhi ties, which were almost identical to the $35 tie, but at a third of the cost. I’m much happier with this purchase!

This was exactly what I was looking for a very inexpensive bowtie, it is adjustable and fits as expected. It is a clip on so I do not have tie it myself. I have not had to wash it yet, I am guessing when I do it will be fine under the hand washables and air dry.
