So I bought the brown version of this wallet four years ago in a mall out of state and it’s been my favorite wallet I’ve ever owned. However I misplaced it and thought I had forgot it at a casino so I ordered a new wallet but wanted to try it in black this time around. I’m not a fan of this one. The brown wallet has a really nice actual leather feel, this black one feels like a cheap fake couch. I found my original wallet the next day and this has been collecting dust ever since. After taking a closer look I saw that this wasn't even real leather . I have to say I didn't look at the wallet until my husband unwrapped it for Father's day. So this is definitely not a real timberland wallet this is a cheap plastic wallet nothing more...

Really like the design in general. Simple design, easy to get to everything. Lightweight. Very slim. But it's bent all my cards. The only one I'm worried about is the credit card, but I've had to have 2 replacement cards sent out since buying the wallet. Obviously I'm going to be buying a new wallet. I had my old wallet for 15+ years and never had a problem of any cards bending. Most places use the chip these days but if you have to slide a CC at some point, you might have problems. Like I said this is my 2nd replacement card since buying wallet and its it's already bent. I've had wallet less than 2 months. The other cards in pictures are health insurance card and AAA. I'm not worried about them bending, simply used them to show what can happen to cards themselves. Maybe I'm alone on this problem, but I definitely wouldn't buy again. And am in search for a new wallet. ... show more

This is a very nice wallet. I was looking for a bi-fold with no flip-out ID holder like this has, but I bought it anyway and I'm glad I did. It's very nice quality leather (got the lighter brown one). It smells good (like leather) and it's constructed very well. Great quality. The workmanship is superb. It lays flat and fits in a man's back pocket very comfortably. It has adequate slits for various cards. The clear pocket is a nice feature for displaying an important card such as one's driver's license. The versatility of the fold-over cover is another excellent design feature.
