I won't be a great judge for durability as I only use the boots after rains, but I can say they sure do keep water out, wether your standing in a foot of water or having to splash around a bit, they did the job I needed them to. They are very warm, so if your looking for summer boot I'd stay away. You can turn the tops over like similar more expensive brands for better breathability, haven't had any signs of tearing from that. instead of your calf taking a beating, the adjustable straps really help them stay comfortable all day. If they last longer than the basic rubber boots I got from Walmart they'll be a great purchase ... show more

These boots have the right height, strength, and comfort for my work. I am a Port Engineer and have to go inside of flooded compartments on barges and these boots hold up to the task. I will definitely buy these again; if I ever have to.
