First off, I really wanted to like this rain suit! I bought it to use with my motorcycle to protect me from the Oregon rain and so I could just wear it over my clothes. The suit is very light weight and water resistant (until it breaks) so the suit wont provide you with any insulation. I knew this buying it so that was not a problem for me, but just so you know, its only for stopping wind and rain, not to keep you warm! So the rain suit looked and fit great, bought a size up so I could easily wear it over my normal clothes so I could just put it on and off when arriving at work, and for that it worked perfectly. So why I am giving it one star? Regardless how well something work and look it has to last, and this item certainly doesn't! I got mine on 10/16 and after just a couple of weeks the seam in the crotch broke, and again i'm wearing a size up so its not because I'm trying to squeeze a XL body into a XS rain suit. I figured I got a bad one, it happens, so I asked Amazon for a replacement which i got without any fuzz. Now its 11/23 and yes, the other pair broke the exact same way. I didn't take pictures on the first pair but I did on the second one, and the damage was pretty much the same. If the manufacturer fix their quality I would consider buying again but having two pants breaking in about 5 weeks is completely unacceptable quality and I cannot recommend anyone buying these because of that, especially seeing that these are not cheap! Amazon was great and took care of both the first replacement and the refund for the second pair so they certainly eased the pain. Hoping this review helps anyone looking for a high quality rain suit because this is not it.

I like to fish, a lot. In a kayak, there's nothing worse than being miserable being soaking wet or damp out on a lake or stream. Fish might like the water being cold blooded, but us warm blooded mammals are a different story. That said, I researched for a quality, well made, breathable rain gear. Out of the box, the mesh bag is very nice. I inspected the seams inside and out; flawless! Zipper, snaps and velcro all perfectly well-made, installed of superb craftsmanship. The price? WOW! bang for the buck!!! You could easily spend literally hundreds at an outdoor outfitter. In all fairness, your not going to be hiking around Kilimanjaro in this, then again, I think this would exceed most expectations for durability, comfort, etc. For those that fish, hike, camp or do other outdoor activities, I highly reccomend this as at a minimum to consider. Sizing is good, dont oversize; there's plenty of room for movement and comfort and breathability. There are no pockets, but then, that's another place for leaks. With reasonable care, I expect a good 5 years of service and wear, maybe even more.

I got my new rainsuit and was very happy with the quality! It fits really well and is very comfortable. I’m really impressed with how well it is put together. The zipper is double stitched and every seam is also sealed on the inside. I paid more money for my last lightweight rainsuit and it wasn’t even close to being as nice as this one. I’m extremely happy with it.

The sizing was good. I wear a large and bought an XL because I want to pull this over my other clothes when hunting. Seems like a perfect fit. Camo is good and looks even better than I expected. Certainly more durable than the Frog Toggs I looked at and is still packable. I imagine it will work out well for the cost this turkey season. Only drawback is only 2 pockets on the jacket and NONE on the pants. For the money it was not a deal breaker, but all those reviews from last year were answered by saying that the pockets would be added in the 3rd quarter of 2020 were lies. It is the 2nd quarter of 2021 now and still no pants pockets.

I bought this with the intention of leaving it in my boat as an extra set of rain gear for pop up storms and for when I had company in the boat who didn’t have any. The jacket and pants are both very lightweight and breathable and waterproof. They pack up nicely and are easy to store taking up almost no room in the storage compartment. They fit true to size and for the price you’re hard pressed to find a similar set of rain gear that will do the job like this. Wouldn’t hesitate to grab another set in the future. If you’re someone who can’t justify spending $300 on rain gear but just need something to keep you from getting soaked this is the rain gear for you.

I am completely sold on this company. I received my rain suit recently and am extremely impressed by how well this suit is made and the features it has. The zipper looks well made and durable, the hood is removable, there are draw strings to adjust tightness around your waist for the jacket and valcro straps on the ankle portion of the pants. The suit is very lightweight and gives good mobility for all of your outdoor needs. TideWe has really done a great job on this product and I highly recommend. I work on a railroad inspecting railcars and bought this rain suit for that environment. Since buying I've used it about 5 times and haven't gotten wet at all. My only problem with the suit is that I was stepping up to get back into the work truck and the seam in the crotch ripped. I probably should've gotten a size larger though. This gear is great for working outdoors, the material is durable and also dirt and mud don't stick to it all that well so it stays relatively clean. The hood is also large enough to fit over a hard hat so that's great. My only real problems besides the seam ripping are the lack of pockets and the cuffs on the sleeves and pants. I wish the jacket had even inner pockets because it makes carrying a phone or something better if you only decide to wear the jacket. And I really wish that the cuffs weren't elastic, I personally would prefer for at least the jacket cuffs to be standard Whit maybe an inner sleeve that was elastic, it would make wearing gloves with the suit easier. Other than that this is a great inexpensive rain suit.
