I admit I'm a big fan of Disney's The Princess and the Frog. Love Tiana and her love and motivation for cooking; a legacy to follow, family, and friends. I relate to her and am also a big fan of cooking, international cuisines and bold flavors. This book arrived in perfect condition and I'm very pleased with all the recipes. At home we vary our diets where sometimes we detox and it's still easy to pick recipes from here that can be made vegan or gluten free. ... show more
