Let me start off by saying Kamile thank you so much for the great customer service! Your products are excellent and the customer service is even better. I ended up ordering 12.5-13 rings only to find out when they arrived they were a little to big for my finger. I was pretty disappointed since my ring size is a 12.5 and I was excited to switch out my rings for something safer. I ended up contacting customer service though there website, Amazon and the card insert just to be safe. Within 48 hours I received a response from Kaimle who was very understanding and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Most companies want images of the products or have a process for returning/refunds. Never once was I asked any questions, I was provided with an apology for not receiving a response sooner and the option to receive free replacements in my correct size. She even let me know I could keep the larger ones and not worry about shipping them back. She made my week, after feeling disappointed initially I am excited for my new rings to arrive. Thunderfit absolutely stands behind there products and guarantee. Once my new rings arrive I will give an updated review but what I can say is these rings are nicely made, do not appear cheap, have a great feel to them and best of all they are made by a company who genuinely cares about there customers being happy. Update: New rings arrived and they were the perfect fit. Once again I have to mention TF customer service and how excellent they are. I have been wearing there rings now over two weeks and have put them through all sorts of stess and so far they have held up perfect. I ordered my normal size ring, but it was too big. Company gave quick refund and allowed me to not send them back. No hassle. Rings are sturdier than other silicone rings I’ve had. Great quality and look great! Got right size very quickly.

I've been looking at getting a silicone ring for months, doing research, trying different brands. Thunderfit was my favorite. Substantial on the finger, solid feeling, love the look and feel. I like the small scores on the inside allowing water to exit, no squishy post hand wash feeling. Most importantly perhaps, incredible customer service. I found the sizing to be a challenge. I know my "ring size" and had verified it before I bought. The rings were an ok fit at first and too big with in 24 hours. I emailed support and they had my situation handled in less than 48 hours, no questions asked. I have the right size now (you may wish to size slightly smaller than your "normal" size) and couldn't be happier. I totally liked these rings. I had to buy them because my weeding ring was making it hard for me while working. They are very comfortable, you can't really tell they are silicone rings just by sight, and the price is very very good. Highly recommeded.

Bought these rings for my husband and he says they fit true to size and are comfortable. However I am having to order different ones because my husband who owns a construction business had to fix a diesel leak and the ring soaked up the fuel. Literally swelled up with diesel. So it had to be thrown away. For the price point we aren’t too upset by the loss but still surprising since these are supposed to be the alternative to his regular wedding band for work. Also kinda gross thinking about all the other fluids it may have soaked up along the way… ... show more
