    • 1 1/2 years and the oven quit but was cheap to fix
A year and 6 months and the oven won’t heat up. No warranty. Other than that. It’s as basic as you can get. Oven is huge but should come with a third rack and doesn’t. I wish it had a clock and timer. Burners are hot! Haven’t adjusted yet. Range top is very nice. Love the full smooth rack. It’s about 100 lbs lighter than old one and it feels like it. Light metal. Light weight knobs that feel like outdoor grill knobs. Oven when it was working was good. There’s no light to show that the oven is on though, only for while it’s actually heating. Convection works great. Racks don’t slide at all. Difficult to get at from in front of a large door. Door feels a little light but not too bad. Drawer at the bottom is useless. Depending on how much it is to fix will determine if I would ever recommend someone else buying this. Shipping was great. They called and asked when I wanted it in a 3 day range. They were right on time with multiple updates. Update: igniter was what when out. Had someone replace with an aftermarket that’s supposed to last 7-12years. Edit: Cost me $280 to have repaired. Thor customer service was no help at all. In fact they made things worse by not responding to my emails. Local repair guy had part in stock and has been great since.     • Shelves are extemely difficult to slide
The wire shelves are engineered such that the shelf must be slanted up and pulled carefully with both hands. By that time, the dish on the shelf has slid to the back of the shelf.. My 36" slide in oven with 4 burners and griddle is going back somewhere. Done with Thor.

This range works great! Cooks MUCH better than electric and is true to Temp. The only recommendation I have is to run the convection fan when using the oven.

    • Did not last 6 months without issues
Bought this for our church. In less than 6 months the oven did not work properly. We contacted Thor, there is no warranty on commercial ovens. This is quite a joke for such an expensive purchase. We are not a commercial restaurant. Quite frustrated.

Love the range, only one problem. FYI you may need to manually adjust the flame on the low output burners. I was burning all soups, stews and stocks. Customer service was sketchy and the manual was useless. I finally got a tech who verified my model number and WOW. All good now. Just a thought, please include the instructions in the manual, it would have saved me a lot of grief. ... show more

    • Terrible product! Do not buy!
We bought this oven a year and a half ago and have had nothing but trouble! We have had to have the oven serviced five times, and there’s no telling when it’s going to stop working. Thor customer service is terrible to work with and I would strongly recommend to never use their products.

Avoid this company and product. We purchased this oven 4 months ago and has yet to function properly - the oven heats to 100 degrees below what it reads and the burners suffer from a horrible clicking sound. We have been working with the repair department for 2 months to get it resolved under warranty and they are difficult to deal with and rude. Please avoid. ... show more

I put this in and have had nothing but trouble. Now they don't even answer phones "because of COVID" wouldn't that mean put more people on phones? everything about owning this for the past 4 years has been aggravating not knowing when the next time it will stop working.
