I wanted to write this review to thank RA Group on this purchase. Their customer service is awesome and I didnt have any issues from this purchase. They also help me bring the stove in my house since it wasn't included on the purchase. I will defenitely buy more products from them.

    • Not worth it
It looks great and the price is great however........burner, igniter and igniter lights went out 3 months after warranty expired. There is no way to get additional parts to fix unless you contact the manufacturer directly and they won’t respond to requests. Would not buy this product again, not worth it! Updated 2/2/21 finally was able to get parts from manufacturer. Had tech install new igniter and burner, the oven still doesn’t work. The igniter the manufacturer sent was bad. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Their replacement parts are expensive, customer service terrible and guarantees on parts are worthless. Check their rating on BBB before you buy anything from them. ... show more
