I ordered this range 2 1/2 years ago. The large burner and oven no longer work. I called Thor and they gave me a name of a serviceman in my area who works on Thor products I scheduled an appointment and the serviceman never showed or returned my call I eventually found a company who came out and the serviceman ordered the parts I needed of which only one became available.     • Concerned!!!!!!
Purchased this electric stove 4/13/2022. Everything worked fine until March 2024 when the left front burner started smoking. I switched over to the right front burner and one month later, started burning burning, as well. Tonight (10/15/24), electrical technicians dismantled the front panel and discovered that the wiring was burned and they unplugged the stove and said do not use this stove. I also noticed that 45 minutes after turning the front left burner, the stove's surface remained hot for over one hour. I'm not touching this unit for concern over my home's safety.     • This oven is junk
Bought a house with a remodeled kitchen. They had put this oven in and it still had the tags on it. They never used it. The first time we turned the knob to turn a burner on, it came off in our hand. Called Thor and found out that they wouldn't honor the warranty because we weren't the original purchaser. The knob wasn't broken, it's the stem behind the knob. For 6 months we've used the one front burner. The 2 in the back barely get hot enough to cook on. Today, the one working burner started staying on and wouldn't turn off. As of right now, I have to flip the breaker to turn the range on and off. Since they won't cover the range, we're stuck until we can afford to replace it. ... show more
