Ordered half size larger and boots were tight so I returned and went a 1 1/2 sizes larger and they fit perfect! Returned time and refund were very quick as well. BOA system gets them nice and snug, plenty of padding for a nice comfortable feel. I recommend you give them a try.

These rock! Super comfortable and I bought true to size. They’re pretty snug at first but that’s expected. Wore them last week and literally a solid blood makes all the difference when riding. Get this one!

I purchased these boots and the size is one size too small. I would like to return and replace for a bigger size. Amazon doesn't have a return policy for this product or with this company and sends me directly to the Thirtytwo website to submit a support request. There is no email address or contact phone number. I filled out the customer service form which seems to go into a black box. Thirtytwo doesn't respond to my support inquiries. I would not recommend purchasing online from Thirtytwo.

My husband bought these boots to finally replace his well worn, very comfortable and badly torn old K2 boa boots. They fit perfectly and felt very comfortable while walking around and emulating boarding movements off the mountain indoors. On our first day this season and after his first several runs, he felt pain and pressure pushing up against both outside ankle bones. He boarded with this discomfort through that first day, then at the end of the day, we went straight to a boarding shop to have the liners heat molded. After the first heat molding, my husband could still feel the pressure. The tech took the liners out and inspected them. He felt hard foam ridges running along the insides of the liners right around the ankle areas. Those foam ridges did not soften at all during that first heating, so the tech tried again and even left it on the heater for 5 minutes longer this second time around. This second heating did not help and the tech suggested that the liners may have been put together wrong and might be defective We emailed the Thirtytwo company and got no response at all. I know the boots have been used so we asked the company for advice and asked if they'd replace just the liners. No reply from them so far at all. A positive side of this review, is that hubby does like the outer boots. The double boas tighten well and provide great support. In the meantime, hubby has Frankenstein'ed these boots and has taken the liners out of his old boots and is now using those old liners in these new Thirtytwo boots. That's the only way he can make these work for him. Although that's a clever solution, it also means that he paid for Thirtytwo boots & liners, but he's only able to use half of what he purchased. Even more frustrating, is the complete lack of communication and support from the company.

These boots fit just right. They'll mold to your feet after wearing them a bit but they're so worth it.
