My daughter ordered and enjoyed these a month or so ago on her account, but when I ordered them this is how they looked 5 minutes after delivery. The top package has a small dark spot of mold, but the way mold spreads, none of them can be eaten without ingesting spores. The bottom bunch is *NOT* spinach flavored. That’s all mold. These are expensive and non-returnable. I don’t *want* to return them. They went straight to our compost. I would have preferred to speak with the company, assuming that they were not trying to ship me a horror, but could not find a way to let them make it right other than by posting this review. I will edit to let you guys know what happens, because I really don’t expect this to be what was intended, and I know that most companies will be horrified to and would have preferred to handle this swiftly less publicly, *as would I*! Current thinking: flavor and value for money— zero stars, but the review program will force at least one.

When I first started keto the biggest change to the lifestyle was convenience food was hard to find. In order to maintain the limited sugar restrictions and reach your fat intake you find yourself cooking and prepping meals ahead of time. But what about the carbs I hear you say? I know my biggest cravings are for breads and pasta. Yes you can make low carb bread on keto, I tried a few versions myself. Unfortunately most of them failed on one big level and that is texture. Most homemade recipes are almond or coconut flour based and have a texture like corn bread. Now don't get me wrong I love cornbread. But when I want a sandwich or grilled cheese...ohhhh....I need regular bread! A friend of mine introduced me to thin slim and I am hooked. I love their bagels, breads, and hamburger buns. All the taste and texture of regular bread without the carbs.

Ridiculous that I just paid for these bagels that molded within a day of receiving them. I reached out to the company and they have not offered to replace or refund. I wouldn’t recommend buying these since they mold so fast and there’s no resolution on behalf of the company.

If you’ve had these before, don’t waste your time buying them again- you won’t be happy. They’re about the size of a mini bagel now and have very little “everything” on them. I contacted ThinSlim, they claim nothing has changed- it’s pretty much 1/2 of what you would usually get for the same price. Too bad- these were really good.

These are so delicious. They have a slight cinnamon flavor and scent which I love. They toast up wonderfully and taste great with cream cheese, yum. I also like these untoasted and make turkey and cheese sandwiches with them. I buy these in bulk here and keep the unopened packages in the freezer and take one package out at a time and keep that in the fridge in a ziplock bag. They stay fresh and taste great for more than a week in the fridge. These have a great chew and texture and I've very happy with them!

These are a full size bagel (not pre-cut, just as an FYI). The texture is....squishy. That's the best way to describe it. Sort of eggy, almost. At first, it was difficult to get used to but then one day I made my kids pizza and made myself a bagel pizza. I put this bagel in my air fryer for a few minutes then removed it, added my toppings and back into the air fryer. That changed everything. When toasted, the bagel is fantastic. Almost every day I add a TBS of some kind of cream cheese, turkey.... Fry in the fryer and have this for lunch. I'm a VSG patient so j am only eating about a quarter of one at a time as I found even half was too much. I will be ordering these on repeat because they fill the bread need but it doesn't leave me feeling stuffed or eat up all of my calories. Pretty versatile too!

2 specks embedded per bagel, these were really more like plain bagels. They are a little on the small side, but that puts them more in the "one real serving" rather than a mountain of food. I like it. Plus, they don't get stuck in the bagel slot of the toaster like store brand fresh bagels. The flavor is not the same as a fresh bagel, but it's close. The texture, bite, etc are all very good. I like how I can eat one of these with cream cheese, and it's as satisfying as the mountain of carbs kind. Also, I don't get super hungry afterward. The only real complaint is the cost. That's probably mostly because these are niche, not "130,513,205 per day baked". That puts them more as a specialty item, but maybe it's worth it if I only end up eating one. :)

For a zero net carb alternative to a bagel, these are pretty good. I got the everything bagel. I do add my own ‘everything but the bagel’ seasoning and have no complaints there. For zero net carbs, they are good. I was surprised by how big they were. They are the size of a normal store bought bagel that’s usually around 250 calories (not the mini bagels). So you get to eat a lot for zero net carbs and 90 calories. It’s not chewy like a normal bagel; it’s kinda airy. But it’s a keto friendly alternative to a high carb food, so I don’t expect a true replacement. It’s allowed me to get my bagel fix while on keto. I love adding mayo, bacon, cheddar, and egg for a homemade breakfast sandwich. I also made smoked salmon and cream cheese on this bagel. Just allows for more options while sticking to the keto diet! I’ve looked up recipes to make my own bagels and most of them have around 6 net carbs, plus they use a lot of cheese and other ingredients that aren’t super cheap. So although these are about $2 a piece, it’s kind of worth it. No adding to my net carb count for the day and no work to make them. Like other reviewers advised, I sliced them upon arrival and stuck half of them in a freezer zip lock bag in the freezer. I’ve had these for almost two weeks and already through half of them. The frozen one heated up easily and tasted as good as the ones I kept in the fridge.
