I love this wrap. It stays cold for a very long time, and the compression is just right — snug enough to support and reduce swelling, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. I also like that I can walk around while wearing it, which makes it much more convenient than a traditional ice pack that requires lying down. It’s been great for recovery and managing soreness. The wrap feels secure and supportive, and I appreciate that it isn’t bulky or overly restrictive. The mobility benefit really sets this apart from standard cold packs. LOVE this wrap. I had strained my Achilles heel and it hurt and was swollen. This gentle cold wrap was just perfect. The soft cold wrap on the difficult to reach spot was just perfect. The cold wrap is easy to get cold, just place in freezer for 2 hours and then just slip over your foot. If it is too cold leave your sock on and slip on your foot. Just so easy and functional. I would assume you could use on tennis elbow it is so flexible. It is reusable. Awesome product.

I’ve been dealing with some ankle pain after long days on my feet and this thing has been a game changer. I was using bags of frozen peas before this which was messy and annoying, so having something actually designed for the purpose makes a huge difference. The wrap fits snugly around my ankle and provides just enough compression without cutting off circulation or feeling uncomfortable. I can actually walk around the house while wearing it if I need to which is nice. The ice pack itself stays cold for a good amount of time, I’d say around 20-25 minutes before it starts warming up noticeably. I usually throw it back in the freezer and its ready to go again within a couple hours. Build quality seems solid, I’ve had it for a few weeks now and use it almost daily and theres no signs of wear or leaking. The velcro straps are still holding strong and the gel inside hasn’t shifted or bunched up at all. What I really appreciate is how it conforms to the shape of your ankle. Ice packs that are too rigid never really make good contact with the areas that actually hurt, but this one molds around the joint nicely so your getting cold therapy where you need it. I keep it in my freezer and use it after work or after doing yard work and its become part of my routine at this point. If you have ankle issues, plantar fasciitis, or just sore feet in general I’d say this is worth picking up. Way better than DIY solutions and the price is reasonable for something you’ll use over and over.

This is a great ice pack wrap. I bought this one because it seemed to slip on my feet a lot easier than my current ice wrap. It slips on and off with no effort. It feels very soft and comfortable. It does get cold fairly quickly in the freezer and it stays cold for about 20 minutes which is perfect for an icing session. The heating stays hot for around 15 minutes or so, I wish it retained heat a little better but it still works. My only issue is that the ankle side is a lot longer than the feet side. I tried to reverse it and it was difficult to get off and I heard a stitch rip while trying to take it off. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. I recommend this product if you have issues with your feet, It does help with inflammation and helps you get back on your feet.

I did order up a size because of some of the reviews and the fact that my ankle and foot are swollen. I wasn’t interested in fighting to get the sleeve on — it fits my swollen 8.5/9 Women’s size foot with the Large very well. I will be buying another one so I can swap them out easily and have one in the freezer waiting. It was very easy and didn’t cause any discomfort when I slid it on my ankle and foot. Huge relief!! The compression is not super tight but enough that it made a big difference in the swelling! I put it on before bed and it was helpful enough that I fell asleep with it on. The cold was great and it really helped! I woke up in the morning and slid it off while praying under my breath that I didn’t accidentally cause my foot to fall asleep or something else. I was in shock when I saw the swelling had gone down so much that I could see the bones in my foot for the first time in 6 months (since the fall and surgery)! It was completely comfortable and stayed in place for the night. It works so well that I will be buying another one so I have a backup for when I need extended periods of cold compression to help with the pain. I bought a programmable ice sleeve that recirculates cold water around the ankle boot. I like that machine but it was expensive and not as effective as this! Do not hesitate to get it - just be sure to order up from your regular size especially if you are looking to get swelling down. It took me 6 months and this to finally see the bones in my foot again!! 12 hours after taking it off I am back to a swollen ankle and foot that you can not see any bones in and my foot won’t fit into anything except the surgical boot.
