I got this as a replacement North Face backpack (that I owned for over a decade and had the zipper replaced once already) to use for work. It holds significantly less than my original North Face but looks sleek and compact. Side pockets do not expand enough for a decent Yeti or Stanley size water bottle of the backpack itself is full with a laptop, notebook, folders etc. The front diagonal pocket is convenient though. Another thing to get used to is the straps. They are highly curved, maybe to be more ergonomic, but it makes it hard to use with one shoulder only. For example, when quickly getting in and out of a car it will constantly slide off if you’re carrying with one shoulder instead of both on your back. Overall, a nice backpack but kind of small.

Ordered this backpack along with a couple other North Face backpacks. I was trying to find one that is slightly thinner, but still holds quite a bit. This one felt cheap, especially the straps. Ending up returning it and ordering a different one.
