I'm on a GLP-1 and need quick protein bites and because of my LDL, I was advised to move away from beef. I tried another brand of sticks and really did not enjoy them. These, on the other hand, tasted terrific to me. They're super portable to take to work or drop in my bag. They were tender and not overly dry.
