I’m normally a small in tops and a medium in bottoms. 5’7” and 135lbs. I ordered a medium, and it almost tore when I tried it on. Couldn’t even zip it up all the way. Need to return and order a large. Decent costume though; it has a bit of a tutu sewn in that helps with giving the skirt that fullness I want.

I got so many compliments on my Mz. Frizzle dress at a fun Science themed party! The dress fits perfectly if you are a size 12 -14, and not horrendously big on a size 10 gal...also if you are between 14 and 16 you could also zip up the side zipper if you wore spanx. The fabric is unabashedly polyester which I normally do not wear, so the costumes got a bit fragrant after a full 8 hours of wear. Remember what Ms. Frizzle always says: "Take chances, make mistakes, get messy!" p.s. I also got the yellow school bus lunch box to complete the outfit, which helped a lot of people recognize me as Ms. Frizzle. LOL

Thankful I read the reviews before buying. I'm a size 4 but ordered this costume in size LARGE. Barely fits. The crinoline under the skirt puffs out too much... will see if ironing it helps... if not, I'll just cut it out

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a little big because when I read all the reviews people said it ran small and they could hardly get into it so order a size up. But I will still wear it. For those who said they couldn't get into the dress there is a side zipper, it is hidden on the side and blue like the dress so hard to see. Once I unzipped it no problem getting on.

Typical Halloween costume material...but be warned there is absolutely NOOOOO STRETCH. I got the biggest size according to the size chart, and well, I can say it definitely didn’t fit. If you get it and it fits, it seems liek a fun costume. Sad i didn’t get to wear it. But if you’re as big as their biggest size and have a bigger chest, I’d say pass.
