I purchased this in black, XXL, and I LOVE it! Depending on brand, I can wear an XL or XXL, but am glad I got this in the XXL. I am (40+ yrs old) not slim/mom belly 232lbs, 5'9" with long legs and torso, broad athletic shoulders and ribcage, wearing a size 40D bra. The dress comes to my knees, or just below, fit my upper body perfectly and in the most flattering way- I was a little concerned that the puff sleeves would make my shoulders and upper body look huge, but they don't! I love the length of the sleeves, as my jiggly upper arms are hidden. The neckline is extremely flattering while not coming down too low or being too high. I love that it has pockets that I can put my phone in or my keys in, and the sewing is high quality on a really nice sturdy woven rayon fabric (not hot or dense, just well-made fabric) that I would have sworn was woven cotton poplin or the like. I had it in my cart for a long time, but snapped it up when it went on sale, and if the other colors would flatter my yellow-undertone skin color, I'd have bought all of them as well. I'd love it in a nice not too dark navy blue or a piney green color, or dark red. Basically jewel tones look great on me, but pastels do not. I'm too afraid to buy it in white (which would look nice with my summer tan) because I have kids who don't care about getting theirs or my clothing dirty with their sticky little hands, lol. Long story short- if you are similarly shaped, buy it!

The dress is very cute, but it is not lined so when I wear it I have to wear a slip. The top of the dress has a good amount of stretch which is great for someone like me who has a larger bust and things usually fit weird. This dress fits perfectly, and is a great length since I am 5'9''

This dress is well made and I was happy with how it turned out in person. It was a prime day deal and I figured I’d give it a shot, my favorite feature (which came as a surprise) is that it has bra strap holders on the top of the shoulders to help your straps stay out of sight. It is always the little details like this that will sell me on an item I was previously on the fence about. However, this dress was an instant yes even without that wonderful feature.

I adore this dress. It is fitted in the bodice area and the arms give a nice coverage to the elbow. I'm petite so this is about knee or a touch lower. The dress is mostly, if not all rayon and it will shrink a lot. I ordered the next size larger and washed it and dried it so it would be just right. That is alway a slight risk but if there are no zippers I have had great success doing this. I love the breathability and flowing effect in rayon fabric but it will always shrink no matter how you wash or even dry clean it and I not going to dry clean an Amazon dress.
