I was looking for a pair of clogs and stumbled onto these, and am so glad I did. They have a great look with the rivets, along with the "wooden" look of the soles. These have a slightly padded inner layer which makes them comfortable to wear. I haven't had any trouble walking in these or keeping them on my feet. I have one foot that's wider than the other, and they still fit well. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5, so I ordered a 10 based on other reviews and they fit great. There's still a tiny bit of room behind my foot when I have these on and that's just how I like it...I don't like when my heel is right at the edge. I think that bit of room behind the heel helps make these easy to walk in, in addition to them coming up high enough on the foot. I've worn these all day and they remain comfortable. The bit of elastic on the edge on the top that goes around your foot allows the clog to move with your foot, and that helps a lot. Standing or moving, I find these comfortable. Since these aren't real leather, only time will tell how long they'll last. Here's hoping they last a good, long while. I'll come back and update my review if they start to fall apart. If you remember the originals from the 1970s / early 1980s, like I do, then you will appreciate these. The appearance of them is quite close to the originals, which is great. But, the originals had a wood bottom, and these are clearly hard plastic. The value is there, and I would not pay more than what they are priced at. They are comfortable, but they fit very snug when you first put them on. I am hoping they stretch a little once they are broken in. I purchased the recommended size, and while it IS perfect, you can only wear these barefoot. If you want to wear them with socks come Autumn or you want a little more room, I suggest going a size up. If they offered half sizes, that would have been more suitable for me. ... show more
