This was my first experience ordering clothing on Amazon. To say I was skeptical about the quality I could expect is an understatement. What a pleasant surprise! Here’s what you need to know about this dress: This garment is well-made, and the fabric has a substantial heft to it. With the exception of the black eyelet version, this dress is not lined and doesn’t need lining. This dress has REAL pockets, not the useless for-show-only kind. The straps are adjustable (three “settings” using buttons on the inside of the back of the dress). This dress features an empire waist with a full, flowing skirt. Very forgiving fit in the waist, tummy and butt. As others have noted, there is less give in the chest. I disagree with reviewers who stated that there is no give at all. The elastic in the back of the dress provides about two inches of give. So, select your dress size according to your bust size. I am about 5’ 5”, 150 pounds, 38C bra. The medium fits me perfectly and I have adequate room to wear a bra underneath. The dress is ankle length on me. For the reviewer who complained that the dress is ankle length: this dress is billed as a maxi dress! I disagree with reviewers who stated that this dress is too heavy and therefore too hot to wear in the summer. The fabric is Tencel, which beats cotton when it comes to breathability. For the reviewer who complained that the color faded with washing: Tencel actually holds color very well and fading hasn’t been an issue for me. To prevent fading, turn the dress inside out and cold-water wash with a detergent for dark or colored clothes. This versatile dress can be dressed up or down. Paired with a cardigan, it is an appropriate casual look for my office. But it works just as well for a trip to the beach or the farmers market. All in all, a very good value. P.S. I wish this dress came in a shorter length, but it doesn’t. The workaround: I just removed the bottom tier of the dress and voilà, knee length dress! I did this with two of the five dresses I purchased. Save the bottom tier! You can use the fabric to make a coordinating scrunchie, belt or handbag. You can even glue the fabric onto a plain clutch. (Search Amazon for purse frames and fabric glue.)

This is a true maxi!!! I'm 6', 280 lbs and in the 3x it nearly hit the floor - just 2" above my ankles. Ooo La La! A rarity for me! --> Follow the company size charts, not the " based on millions of reviews, Amazon recommends 5x for you." They're usually right but not here! I got the 5x - huge! Then the 4x - still gigantic! 3x is still a bit big in the bust, not the waist, but it doesn't show with my arms down and this give will be perfect to layer with tops underneath come fall. This is definitely a 3 season fabric. Put a full-body, long slip underneath, add your boots and you've got milder winters covered, too. As a sundress, the back wasn't too low for me to wear a strapless bra. Surprising QC!! I can't remember the last time I saw 3 stickers verifying 3 aspects of quality on a garment! There's an extra button sewed onto the label, too! Cold water wash and tumble dry on delicate got ALL THE WRINKLES out! No ironing or steaming required if taken out the moment the drier stops! Sweet! The woven Tencel fabric is so soft, cool and breathable. Even as a maxi, it's comfortable enough for me in the summer and I must wear compression hose at all times, underneath. (I cant stand to be hot, either!) On sale for $25 this dress is a real winner for me.

I’m a 34D and I wish this had some give at the top. Wearable, looks great, but could be more comfortable. The length, color and ability to dress up/down is perfect.

My measurements are 45" B, 37.5" W, 50" H and I got the size XXL. I tried both the XL and XXL last year, and ended up preferring the fit of the XXL. There is very little to no stretch, luckily the dress tiers are very free and forgiving everywhere EXCEPT the bust. So go by your bust measurement. I LOVE these dresses! They're comparable to my favorite dress, the Tradlands Chalet Tiered Dress, but it's a fraction of the price! Which I love because I missed out on the Tradlands dress in this olive green color :'( The fit and fabric is essentially the same, but this fabric is a bit thicker and obviously there are no sleeves. I ended up returning the olive to keep a different color last summer and have regretted it ever since. I snagged it as soon as I saw it was restocked for this summer! It's such a gorgeous, mossy green color. Overall I highly recommend this dress because the fabric is very soft and of good quality, the fit is comfortable and airy, and it can be worn year round with or without layers. For spring/summer I go no top or short sleeves underneath with my Blaire sandals; fall/winter I go turtleneck, tights and my Jadon boots. You seriously can't go wrong. Now I just need to pick the next color I want...

Very Cute dress sizing off Listed as tencel fabric which is nice. It was hard to get the size right on different colors. The mushroom color fit, however same size in tencel is tght across the bust. It was final sale so I guess I will wear it tight. Amazon not fair, this is not a buyer error in size, it is a manf defect and I bet many are exchanged or returned. Do better on sizing for colors or make them uniform.

I bought this during Prime Day hoping it would be cute enough to get me through summer but not really expecting much, because it’s hard to find good quality clothing on Amazon. This exceeds all expectations! The dress is well made and seems sturdy, the fabric is thick enough to be substantial and not see-through but not so thick that it’s uncomfortable to wear in 90°+ weather. The straps are adjustable with a button on the inside back, which adds to the sturdy quality. There’s elastic in the back between the straps to keep it from gaping and provide a comfortable fit. The length is nice—slightly longer than mid-calf on me. And it has pockets! I took a chance on the green color, and while it’s not the best color on me, I love the dress so much that I’m keeping it anyway and I’m ordering another one in a different color. This is definitely not the throw-away quality I’ve come to expect from Amazon and I’ll be looking at more items from this brand. I’m so glad I ordered this.

I personally waited until I saw these on sale for 20-35 rather than 40-58$ I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s hard for me to find things I’m comfortable in everything irritated my skin or feels tight or unflattering in one area or another but I LOVE THESE DRESSES (so far)! I was nervous when I saw posters showing color fading after washing, but I guessed maybe they dumped detergent on top of laundry or used a detergent that may have faded. I used cheer color guard in cold water on delicate (let mix into the water before adding clothes) & tumble air dry’d for 20 minutes, then hung dried the rest of the way. So far all is well& no pilling after first wash. I bought the blue and mushroom color & kept them. I also tried the black yellow denim olive and aquamarine… the yellow is very see through avoid it. The denim isn’t real denim obviously & I just didn’t care for the look of it personally. The olive was very…. Bright… I wanted to love it but couldn’t get used to it, perhaps with some washing that would fade. The stitching is pretty awful on these so look them over before deciding to keep. Some I did have to send back and reorder but did eventually get a good quality one. I have a huge apron belly but these are nice and flowy not clingy. I’m about 5ft 6 250lbs and I did size down, I’ve been wearing a 3x pretty regularly (sometimes 2x) , I ordered 3x at first but the armpit area protruded a bit see 2nd photo in the denim, I was nervous to size down because I liked the drape of the larger size but I’m glad I did as a 2x was the perfect fit. They come to just a few inches above my ankles. They do wrinkle pretty easy . The one thing that does irk me is it shows my bra strap a bit in the back and the straps slip off my shoulders a lot. The straps have a couple different button holes to adjust but hard to get the perfect fit for everyone

The Drop Women's Britt Tiered Maxi Tent Dress ($59.90) I am 5'4, 190lbs and usually wear 16/18 and ordered the L. Lovely color, fit and material. Has pockets that fits keys, wallet and phone without detection. I initially ordered this through "Try Before You Buy" ended up returning it as I do not think this is a $60 dress. Maybe $30 but not $60. I ended up adding this on camelcamelcamel so that I may be alerted for price drops. When it dropped to around $30 I purchased this in the color Navy. I loved it so much and it has worn so well. The price dropped again to $30 and was able to purchase a second one in another pattern. This is a really good quality garment. So flowy, comfortable and cute. Highly recommended (when the price is right).
