Initially, I ordered a Medium (according to the size chart it should be 8/10) in the lovely tie dye pattern. It was so small everywhere EXCEPT the belly area which was very roomy. Aside from the sizing being off, the slip dresses have a v-shaped lining at the chest area which is so visible and really not attractive. I returned and exchanged for the black and white polka dot in the L and I will be keeping it. It fits everywhere except the middle/belly area. So large but whatever. for reference, I am 5'7" and 155 lbs I do see some people dressing this up and wearing out for dinner etc....I would NOT recommend this slip dress for going out on the town. I do recommend it for summer afternoons and loungewear at home.

Adorable slip dress! muted pastel colors, soft silky material. I would've preferred an XS in this dress, but size S still works well, a bit more roomy and flowing. At 5ft & 118 Lbs the hem hits at the top of my ankles. And the top of the dress, the way it's cut/designed covers perfectly (34/C). This slip dress reminds me of a dupe or inspiration of the All Saints Melody Marea Satin Slipdress, at a fraction of the price. The top of the dress at the chest/breast area has a liner in the same material, which I love, but the rest of the dress does not, so it is a teeny bit see through when light hits it just right. I love that this dress can be styled in so many ways, daytime casual, clubbing, or a bit more formal. I would've given 5 stars if the entire dress was lined. Otherwise I totally adore it, and plan on purchasing other colors.

This is a real review with no incentive. I have become really found of these midi slip dresses from ‘The Drop.’ This piece can be dressed up or down..worn solo or layered. I have leaned towards the use of loungewear around the house and running errands. I usually throw a jacket or sweater over if going out. Very easy to grab and go…it also launders very well. It runs TTS…I am a size 6/8 and purchased medium.

I'm a size 18/2X and I wanted a black slip dress like the ones I saw recently (Spring 2023) at Madewell, but their size 16 (the largest size they currently make) did not come anywhere close to fitting me (especially in the bust!) I hopped on Amazon & found this beautiful, simple slip dress in a 2X & immediately ordered it. It fits amazingly well & is so flattering! Not to mention less than half the cost! I'm thrilled :D

Vamos por parte. Encargue El vestido, aprovechando la rebaja del black Friday, lo cual lo dejaba como en 15 dólares menos. Ahora Bien, El vestido Verde Esmeralda, lamentablemente, es un Verde "Navidad", y sinceramente no me interesa parecer un árbol navideño.... Pero, la calidad es Buena, El Corte también , El diseño favorece bastante, gracias a los comentarios de otras mujeres, encargué una talla menos, y me quedó perfecto. Asique decidi cambiarlo, me encargué El del estampado de Flores, que no es wooww pero creo que puede ser un buen comodin. Les recomiendo El vestido, una talla menos de la habitual, y si pueden aprovechen algún día en promo ! Le doy un #8 a la prenda !

I love this simple but elegant satin slip dress. It’s definitely perfect for a dressy event with a necklace and earrings, over a T-shirt for something more casual or under a cute sweater for a holiday party. The fit is flattering on many body types. I do advise to just be careful when using it. When it get's wet from water, it will leave a light water mark on the dress until it is washed again. I used it for a wedding and water drops got unto it and my dress had light watermarks which was only noticeable if someone got really close. Otherwise, it would not be noticeable from afar. Overall, I would purchase this again in different colors because its a great basic, dressy dress to have in your closet for any occasion.

The fabric was much thicker and nicer than I expected, but the fit around the arms is disproportionately loose compared to the rest of the dress, and the top of the dress didn’t lay right. It’s not a deal breaker for me since I plan on wearing this with shirts/sweaters over it.
