Once a year I asknmy six-year-old to wear a outfit I choose so that we can take family photos. The rest of the year she wears leggings (preferably flare type) and will adamantly refuse to wear jeans or dresses. So...what's a mom to do? I discovered these pants last year and she reluctantly agreed to wear them. This year I came back and bought the next size up, and she didn't even blink when I showed her the outfit. Pants are easy for her to put on, stretchy, and really cute. I wish she'd wear them more often, but that's her (not the fault of the pants). She is about 48.5" tall, 52 lbs. So these are our go-to uniform pants. We tried every reasonably-priced, sensory-friendly brand we could find. She’d likely even wear them outside of school if I let her. They fit and feel great even for a persnickety, leggings only girl. The only thing is the knees. No matter how she plays in them, even if they have inside recess, they always end up looking worn and dirty in the knees. Otherwise they’d get 5 stars all around. When it comes to finding school uniforms it can be a struggle. Glad I was able to find the right color and they are true to size. They are very durable and dont fade after washing a couple of washes.
