  • Great used book
Format: Paperback
Love the highlighting in the book. A definite perk to buying used. Also impressed that the CD is still intact. Not that I even have a way to use that now, lol, but still nice to know that it came with the book.

  • Very informative
Format: Kindle
I liked the book, but not having access to the forms which were formerly on the CD makes the Kindle version less useful. Is there somewhere we get access to those forms?
