The size and quality of the products I received are excellent, so much better than I expected. However, I'm disappointed with the box presentation. Most products came without its original packages or it came with visible damaged, making them look old/used. I also received only 9 of 10 items listed for this season box. About the delivering experience, the box arrived late and empty. The seller did responded fast to the deliverer notification and send it again. But I didn't get any of this information until I asked amazon for a refund. Despite the drawbacks I was happy to hear I would still be able to receive the box, and this is why I was disappointed about its conditions when it was finally delivered. Hoping this is an one time bad experience, can't wait to receive the next box on February 2024. I'm giving this Membership a second chance.

I liked receiving the "surprise" box. I was a little disappointed but am willing to try a second box. One bottle of spray conditioner had the lid taped on, a good thing. Another bottle had come out of its box and the lid was off. No damage to other items in the box. The brochure inside the box with information about products in the box indicated the box was to contain a backpack. I received a clutch purse instead. I would prefer a backpack as a clutch is a bit small for most day use. Willing to try a second box to see if the contents of that box will be more my style.
