Cricut Matt. Review
Work great with my cricut joy machine

More than I anticipated
These arrived today, so I haven't had a chance to try them yet with my Cricut Joy. However, instead of six mats, I received nine!! This is a nice, unanticipated bonus. In addition to what is pictured, I also received three of the "CardMats." Since I am using my Joy mostly for card making, these extras will really come in handy. I'll update further after I have used these, but they feel to be of the same thickness as the same-sized Cricut mats.

Amazing
Works with my cricut joy at a fraction of the cost of a brand name mat

Very Handy
This was a nice bundle of products that are very helpful when card making, even though I don't have a Cricut machine. I like the two different sizes of tacky matts. When I tried the light grip small mat I went to remove the card that I had been stenciling on, it tore. I tried again and was much more careful removing it and this time it was perfect. I also used the card mat. What an awesome product! I can't run it through my cutting machine, but it is still useful for holding a card in place to decorate it. Although I didn't test it yet, I think this would work very well with a card that you are coloring on or using markers on and you don't want them to bleed through. I wish that is was suitable for running through other cutting machines like the Gemini. I know even without being able to run it through a Cricut, I will still be getting plenty of uses from them. I appreciate the opportunity to try these mats out. Thank you.

Incredible value pack
Just like the name brand version and identical too. Phenomenal adhesion on all mats and what a great value pack for any crafter to have handy. I have yet to experiment with the card mat (cards really aren't my thing) but the rest work fantastic. Depending on the material, you may find the stronger one peeling the paper where it’s attached, so careful with that one. I actually use a lot of watercolor paper with my machine and I do notice the adhesive pulls the paper fiber out. Traditionally you would use this in your machine and with any material the machine can handle, but I’ve started using these sticky mats for other purposes as well. For instance, building miniature lego figurines or sculptures because the sticky mat can hold your base in place, or using them to hold small beads or other items. I know it’s not the manufactured purpose for them, but if it works then why not?

A nice set of cutting mats for the CRICUT JOY
Just to be clear this is a set of mats for the CRICUT JOY, not other Cricuts. That being said you get card mats, short mats (6.5") and long mats (12"). All are the 4.5" width that the Joy requires. You get the light, standard and strong grip mats in the "standard" colors. If you do not have any mats, this is the place to start. After I got a set like this for my Cricut Maker I got some more of the specific grip I wanted. But until you have a chance to try them you don't know what you need. Doing paper? One type. Cutting cloth? you need another. Anyway, this is a great place to start.

my old mats were history
I have been using my original cricut mats for at least 4 years now. I have read up on every tip or trick to keep them sticky but it's been a battle here lately with them and I figured it was time to get some new ones. I use two different-sized mats so I like that this pack came with the two sizes I normally use! There are actually several of each size which is great. They are super sticky but not so sticky that you can't get your project off. There is the perfect amount of sticky, and weeding off the mat is a breeze. I probably won't wait 4 years to order some more this time around!

Works with my Joy
I like having extra mats for my joy so I can work on multiple things at once. These are a nice multipack with different strength grip. Work perfectly with my machine.
