If I could rate this DIY BODY SCRUB KIT a zero I would. I don’t really like giving negative reviews, however this Kit was missing some of the important elements. No manual / instruction's on how to make, no Moroccan Oil, only 2 labels instead of 3, no gloves, no Himalayan salt. See picture for viewing what was received. Would not recommend.

I honestly didn’t expect this DIY body scrub kit to feel so fancy — it’s like opening a mini spa in a box. Everything is so neatly packed and labeled, from the pink salt and argan oil to the little bottles of essential oils and dried flowers. The presentation alone looks beautiful enough to give as a gift. When you actually mix everything together, the scrubs come out looking surprisingly professional — the pink salt gives a really nice texture and the oils make it feel rich and silky. What I liked most was how calming the whole process is. Making the scrubs feels kind of therapeutic, like a craft and self-care moment in one. The directions are simple enough that even if you’ve never done anything like this before, you’ll end up with something lovely. The lavender and rose scents are my favorite — they smell clean and relaxing — and the argan oil leaves your skin feeling super soft afterward. My daughter and I made a few batches together one afternoon, and she couldn’t stop saying her hands felt like “baby skin.” We were both laughing about it, but she wasn’t wrong! Another thing I really appreciate is that I can recognize every single ingredient — it’s all natural stuff, which makes me feel good about putting it on my skin. The kit also comes with so many extras: vitamin E capsules, measuring spoons, jars with lids, and even little labels to make it all look cute and finished. didn’t come with the jars, the lids, or the argan/vitamin e oils. the essential oils have absolutely no scent to them. idk why there’s such a high rating on this product. don’t waste your money.

It’s nice that this kit includes everything you need, but the essential oils basically don’t smell like anything. They all have the same faint scent and it gets completely covered by the strong argan oil smell. The argan oil has a very distinct scent, so no matter which oil you add, everything ends up smelling the same. The dried flowers are a cute idea, but they don’t really add anything in terms of scent or cleansing. They just become scraps you need to pick up or clean up in the drain. The scrubs come out very oily since the mix is just argan oil, vitamin E oil, essential oil, and salt. The pink salt works well as a scrub, but it feels pretty harsh on the skin. A sugar scrub probably would have been gentler. Because they’re so oily, I didn’t use them on my body, but they actually work really well as hand scrubs in the kitchen. Once I dry my hands, the leftover oil feels moisturizing and soft. The scrubs are simple to make and could still be a nice gift. Overall, not bad, but I really wish the essential oils actually smelled like what they’re labeled.
