These are ready to eat after soaking for around 5-6 minutes in freshly boiled water. They are nicely chewy and work for hot or cold noodle dishes. I like the convenient packaging, each serving is individually wrapped, so you can cook as needed.

I buy this often. It’s a must in my monthly list. When I cook noodles or pasta for my family, I had a feeling that the food is not really healthy as it’s made out out refined rice or all purpose flour. Now I’m not worried to feed my family as this is made out of brown rice and tastes better than normal noodles. Go for it ! It cooks pretty fast and don’t cook it For longer.

These are my favorite brown rice noodles and difficult to find. I'm single and love the individual serving sizes. Each bag gives me 2 meals. There are a perfectly sized brown rice noodle. Great for a quick fuss free dinner.

I got this mostly for my daughter who is gluten free and used them in a vegetarian stir fry. I thought I was "sacrificing" taste keeping it gluten free but what a surprise when it was delicious! The only issue was they clumped together. The directions said to run cold water over the noodles to prevent this is not using right away but I used them immediately and they still clumped together. Definitely going to keep these in my pantry!

I Love these noodles!!! I have ordered them from this seller before and they arrive as described and I will continue to order from them.
