Have ordered from this vendor before, and it turned out great. Ordered another one of my husband in a tux for my daughter’s wedding. He passed away this past year. The picture and cut out was beautiful, but arrived damaged because packaging is taped in spots along border but not totally enclosed. Somewhere in shipping process it was damaged (something poked through one of the non-taped openings along the side, and of course the damage is in his face. The item is not returnable because it is personalized. Now I will have to figure out how to use the damaged one. Just needs to be packaged better for shipping. ... show more

This stand up photo I had done with my son’s picture arrived well packaged and easy to assemble. Since he can’t be home for our family photo this year and his dad is in poor health, I came across this service on Amazon and ordered this from a photo taken years ago. The cut out is 6 feet tall as is my son but you can order yours smaller. The color is good but could be darker. I suggest you use a photo with deep rich color and you will love your product. The cutout is very sturdy and appears to be somewhat weather resistant. Delivery was lightning fast and convenient as it came neatly folded up in a flattened box. The entire thing is folded multiple times. The stand only goes up half of the back. How am I supposed to get the rest of it to stay standing up and not falling down on the folds?
