I love these sandals! The fit is excellent. I wear 10.5 W with closed shoes and purchased a size ten. I feel supported in the arch. Very comfortable when walking. Easy to have an even gait. I have a bunion on one foot, and these are easy to adjust and fit around it.

we look for comfort, stability and reliability in our shoes. check all. I own a pair of Teva Hurricane Xlt2, and they're great, wider than these in toe box, so I wanted a smaller look. Those are in an off-white color, and I'll share, I stay away from black sandals in summer because they are hotter absorbing sun. I got the taupe multi color in Tirra because reviews were similar to Hurricane. One thing about these more expensive Teva's...They are much more comfortable than the lower end/cost ones. The footbed is very nice feeling and feels like good protection throughout the summer heat. they also walk nice! With Teva's, I also find the first time you wear them, you might feel uncomfortable, so stop right there, and start readjusting the straps. If rubbing, loosen them and gradually with some wear, your feet with adjust. may have to repeat tight-loose and light walking for a couple of days. but soon, you will find the comfort of the straps and never have to adjust again. I leave my straps on the loose side, but not loose enough to slide around in the sandal. my feet stay put and the sandals provided great stability. if I hit a hiking mode, I may have to tighten them down a bit, but not probable I'd even have to do that. I typically wear 8.5-9M in most shoes, sneakers, but during winter my feet need more room in toes. these sandals have a more narrow toe box, but are perfect for an open toed shoe. I'm older, but whether running errands or picnic, these sandals will be preferred, because they are rugged enough but don't quite resemble the work horse that they really are. they're cool in temperature and style. expensive but once you are fitted, you're hooked.

I purchased a pair of these to replace an older pair. I ordered the same size, 9.5, and am glad I did. I might have been ok with a 10, but decided for the same size. The black ones are a very nice design for the Teva Tirra. Good support and designed for outside activities and beach wear. Very comfortable whatever I'm doing.

Great quality and very comfortable once they are broken in. Recommendation to wear for short hikes until broken in. Size was perfect for my wide feet. I had no issues with slipping while wear. Light weight and I wear them pretty much all the time. Style was fine for what I use them for. Can be worn with jeans and look ok.

I'm picky about shoes and usually need good support. I ordered these because I was going to Disney World and wanted something I could wear if it was going to be rainy or in case my Hoka tennis shoes got wet (like last trip). I had tried a couple pair of Skecher's, which I normally love, but the styles I picked were not right for me. My husband suggested walking on our treadmill to try out these Teva's so I could get a good feel for them without wearing down the treads outside and then not be able to send them back. They were ok, but I wasn't completely sold. The day before the trip I just decided I was going to keep them and hoped they worked out. Wow, I got used to them quickly and ended up wearing them almost every day. A couple of weeks later we went to AZ and I wore them the entire time there as well. The footbed is comfortable, not fabulous arch support, but despite that, my feet didn't hurt after wearing them. I have narrow feet and the straps in the toe box were loose, but I loved it because I do not like anything to rub against my feet or squish my toes. They have Velcro, adjustable straps if you like them tighter though. The strap by the ankle is also adjustable. They aren't stiff either so they allow my foot to bend and get more range of motion, which is also something I was looking for. I am so pleased with these and very happy I got them! They run true to size.

These are good all-purpose sandals. The colors are varied enough to be interesting while having enough of a neutral base to go with most outfits. They are not what I'd call dressy, but I have fair skin so they don't stand out much on my feet either. The soles have a pleasant spring and they are comfortable for paved surfaces and trails. My feet don't hurt when I've been wearing them awhile. The angle of the ankle strap is a little awkward with the way it sits on my foot, but I think that's just the way my ankle is and not necessarily something everyone will experience. It doesn't bother me though. The adjustability of both ankle and toe straps make it easy to get a comfortable and supportive fit.
